Clearly Shay had zero interest in hearing any of Pip's special songs. They completely understood and didn't waste another second. It was still their job to make sure the birthday girl had a good party and they weren't letting that duty go to the wayside!
They flew up and looked around. Upon spotting a big, empty table they flew quickly over, sounding their trumpet again as they did.
"I hope everyone has saved some room for cake!" They called as they held their hands above the empty table. With a small flick of their wrist, a beautiful cake appeared. It was three tiers, half white and half dark blue. It had silver accents and seemed to shimmer. The top tier had "Happy Birthday Shay" made out of cake. It seemed almost surreal how the cake made sign managed to hold itself upright.
"Half chocolate, half vanilla..." Pip told everyone as people began to gather around, "And, if you prefer red velvet, there are cupcakes too!"
They flew around the cake in a circle flicking their wrists left and right as dozens upon dozens of cupcakes appeared. These were Pip's speciality red velvet cupcakes and a major claim for Pipscake Bakery. A few exclamations of excitement could be heard from the now quickly growing crowd around the table of sweetness.
