APPEARANCE
A blonde Prince Charming? Seductively yet creepy reptilian like eyes that are red where the white should be? Perfect shinning sharp teeth? A long lizard like tongue? Well look and fangirl and fanboy in awe.
Eliot is here and just like the few stories about him say…..he is indeed a scrawny man. Like he isn’t super fit and ripped to hell like John Cena but he does have nice abs at least. A big let down if you heard of the more common stories of him being a big brave and handsome king.
In his human form, Eliot stands at 5’4”. So yeah he was a little napoleon Viking King.
Eliot is all about the pizazz and fancy dressing. And I’m not talking about ranch dressing, I mean that real good fancy exotic shit.

PERSONALITY
Eliot is like a moody child in a grown man’s body. Elliot is the sort of person to play with his food, play with rubber duckies in a bubble bath and a lot of other childish things.
When he wants things he can’t have, Eliot would throw a fit if he can’t get whatever it is he wants. He would even beg and act like a child demanding their mom to get them to buy a toy in a store.
It is almost like he is a big idiot…..
Despite is childlike mannerism and high curiously and erratic nature...Eliot is a showman. A beautiful showman. He can put on a good party and good show. He can also…...or at least impress people with a beautiful story.
There is just something about putting on a show and entertaining people with his presence that just makes him all giddy inside. It isn’t that he likes attention; which he does, Eliot just reaaaaaally likes being an entertainer rather than the entertainment. He doesn’t want to seem like some boring Snobby McSnobbypants.
Under all this amazingly entertaining brilliance there is the deep dirty and unstableness of Eliot and I’m not talking about his weird impulsive shopping habits.
Eliot has extreme moods swings from time to time. These moods swings are extreme and can range and be triggered differently and almost completely randomly. It is why he takes medication to remain stable enough.
Even without the mood swings, Eliot is violent. Super Happy Fun Time violent. Now going into detail on how violent he can be is….well...hard. It has it’s levels and to list a few of the levels would be like: Funny Funny Violent, SHFT Violent, Unexplainable, and probably OH GOD HELP ME PLEASE. Right? That makes sense. Just take my word that is he violent when angry just like any decent would be person…...or...is he?
Eliot is also weirdly greedy about a lot of things. Things such as plushies, books, and his guilty pleasure snacks….cheesepuffs.

Active Abilities:
Cursed Arm of Lökgirm
A golden gauntlet which contains the soul of Lökgirm The Wise Dragon. The gauntlet itself has infused onto Eliot’s body and completely replacing his left arm. It is a living arm in the sense that it has a mouth on the palm, can eat, and sometimes spea- No. It does not actually say words; it does burp and occasional laughs. His hand can do a creepy laugh. What it eats? It eats MAGIC. Yummy yummy tasty magical energy. It can eat anyone’s magic or powers and will become charged up with the power. Now his arm can only eat certain types of magic. For starters it can't eat powers that are gained from being a certain species and anything that does not have any sort of magical properties. Lökgirm also can't eat things such as magical auras or any powers that would alter a person's emotions or mind.
When Lökgirm eats someone’s power, either by physical eating the power itself or by biting the person it can fuel itself up with their magic. Now Lökgirm can only eat and be charged up with one power at a time and can only keep the power charged for a full hour. Within that hour, Eliot can use the magic but only from that arm. All powers are expelled from the mouth of the arm. It's almost likes he throws it back up…..in a sense.
For example: Lökgirm can eat a a thrown fireball and would be able to shoot fireballs back.
The magic Lökgirm gains will actually be "unmastered". Eliot would have no training or expertise with the magic and can only use the person's magic he was gotten at the most basic level.
The arm by itself is extremely durable and almost nearly indestructible. While it can’t be destroyed, Eliot is however very vulnerable.The hand is also clawed.
Dragon Shifter
Eliot is a very powerful and very greedy dragon. He can shift between human and his dragon form and can also partly shift in while in his human form to take on some of his dragon like appearance and abilities without fully becoming a dragon.
Those abilities included superhuman strength, Speed, senses, as well as breathing normal fire.
Passive Abilities:
Strength
Eliot has the strength of a dragon! He can easily lift a two tons and probably punch through a brick wall if he wanted. But wait….there is a catch!
In human form, all his strength is only usable by his left arm and nowhere else.
Senses
Eliot has amazing senses. He can see miles away like and eagle and can smell and recognizes a person's scent like a dog.
Dragon’s Life Span
Eliot is effectively immortal and can live for an indefinite amount of time unless he is killed.
Weaknesses:
Hungry Hungry Hand
Lökgirm, The Arm, is always craving a taste for power. It’s very and almost an insatiable hunger. If it isn’t powers then it would be dragon meat and blood or even items from a dragon’s hoard. When around other dragons, Eliot becomes hungry and will start to crave dragon flesh.
Greedy Hoarder
Eliot is cursed to always crave more. He wants to hoard powers but that isn’t a really thing he can do at the moment so he insteads wants to take things other people cherish and treasure. It can be a crappy childhood toy and he would still want it
Curse? What Curse?!
Eliot is clearly cursed. It is such a strong and powerful curse that literally anyone can tell. Especially Dragons. Other Dragons can tell that Eliot is 100% not a real dragon That can also sense the soul of a dragon radiating from his cursive arm. That also goes for reapers and anyone else who can see the soul of Lökgirm.
