Appearance Description: Elena stands at 5’5” and sports emerald green eyes and the signature red hair of the Drakenhardts. She has braces and wears her hair in a pair of thick braids, and rather choppy bangs. She also has a very faint glow to her skin. In terms of clothing, she prefers preppy dresses, skirts and shirts.
Her dragon form is about fifteen feet tall and fifty feet long. It has a rather fragile appearance, sporting ribbon like growths on her wrists, and tail. Her skin also has an unnatural glow to it. Elena also appears to have six eyes. only the front most pair are actually her real eyes, the other two pairs are larger and serve no apparent purpose.
Personality Description: Elena is generally an outgoing bubbly, cheerful sort. She’s usually energetic and loves learning new things. She was raised to both uphold Drakenhardt traditions while still remaining progressive. Elena tries to keep up to date with current trends and happenings within pop culture. She also has a deep interest in science and technology. She cares deeply for her clan, and will very fiercely defend their honor should it come down to it.
Active Abilities:
Photokinesis: Elena can generate manipulate light. She can form glowing orbs, which explode, blinding targets. She can also shape the light into bladed weapons. Elena’s capable of firing destructive beams from her hands, eyes, and mouth. Reflective surfaces such as mirrors can deflect these beams. Elena is also capable of altering the colors and create strobing effects from the light she generates.
Light based illusions: Elena can create realistic holographic projections within twenty feet of her. These holograms are not solid, and for the most part are looped and very simple they also do not produce sound.
Shifting: Elena is capable of shifting between her human and dragon forms. She’s also capable of partially shifting parts of her dragon form in human form.
Passive Abilities:
Physique: Elena can lift roughly half a ton and run up to 70 mph. Her senses of smell and hearing are on par with wolves. Elena also possesses superhuman reflexes. In dragon form, her scales are hard enough that small caliber bullets don’t harm her. Elena’s claws and fangs are sharp enough to tear through steel.
Light detection: Elena can detect any light based projections, illusions, etc. within eyeshot.
Weaknesses: Elena’s elemental opposite is not darkness, but gravity. Effects of gravity based abilities and attacks hit her twice as hard. Additionally it can also bend her light.
Darkness is another cause for concern for her. If hit with it, she not only suffers whatever physical effects(Cuts, concussive force, etc) that come along with it, but it also leaves her feeling physically ill. If overwhelmed, it causes her to become feverish and take hours or even days to get over.
Biography: Elena Drakenhardt is the elder sister to Orsick Drakenhardt. In fact, they were originally predicted to be twins. Their parents were murdered, by a small splinter clan who still held a deep seated grudge against the Drakenhardts. They were the only eggs that they managed to save. And the trauma caused the then unhatched Orsick to remain dormant for a couple years. Elena however hatched and was taken in by Octavia Drakenhardt to be raised. She would study and train intensely under her for most of her life, while her brother did similarly with Octavia’s youngest brother, Titus.
After several recent events it was decided that she would go to live on Manta Carlos. Primarily to be closer with her brother, but also to get to know the other members of the clan there and supernatural community as a whole.
