Eein will be getting weather manipulation from bonding with their regalia.
•Weather Manipulation: He's able to conjure and control a miniature storm, it takes the form of a 4 feet wide 1 foot thick clouds, he's also able to ride on this cloud. From this cloud he can summon bolts of lightning, rain, snow and hail. The rain/snow/hail only falls onto the area below the mini storm, and the lightning can only strike something within thirty feet with a thirty second cool down in between. He can only summon one of this affects at a time, with him being able to make the rain/snow/hail be a steady shower. The storm needs to stay within seeing distance otherwise they break up and vanish, however he can maintain it as long as he wants if he's only riding it, the cloud will last an hour if he's continually conjuring precipitation and thirty minutes of he's continually conjuring lightning. After using up these time limits the lightning/rain/snow/hail conjuring ability will need a cool down of about an hour.
