A bar, a nice one too, Aedan's nose would twitch a little with the various smells as he entered it, it was clean but there was still many scents, from the drinks to the patrons. It was filled with people, none of who he actually knew, his glowing eyes shown in the dim light as he approached the bar.

Leaning against it, he'd order his drink, before taking a seat, his eyes glancing at the person next to him. He wasn't the most social person, but he'd enjoyed drinking with people here and there.

"Evening," he'd say to the man next to him, with a friendly smile, he'd accept his mug once the bartender returned with it. "Nice place," he'd take a big drink from the mug.

Normally, Bastian wouldn't have the time to get drunk at bars and the like. With night school and the EMT job to juggle, it was difficult already to find time to study and sleep (not like he did enough of either). But there were nights where there were no outstanding assignments and the idea of sleep sounded impossible. Those were the nights he headed out to drink.

Tonight was one of those nights. He didn't pay much attention to anything but the gin and tonic in front of him,. After all, very few would actually notice him, and out of those it's unlikely that anybody was looking to interact with him. With that mindset in place, he was taken a bit by surprise when the man who slid in next to him turned to greet him.

"Hey," he said in response, a small frown inadvertently forming on his face. "Yeah. Nice place. Do I know you?"
