It had been a long day. Hell, every day was a long day on this island. It wasn't a bad thing, keeping busy was a welcome change for Rada from being bored to death back at Russia. But here she was constantly under a magnifying glass and that was so goddamn exhausting. Rada knew she needed to find a way to escape, any way, but she was too busy to be able to think of a half decent plan.
It was a vicious circle and made Rada so fucking pissed. But she wasn't going to get used to it, or yield. She was going to get out of her family's clutches and live her life like she wanted. Even if it killed her.

Rada finished her shift, and slumped down on a chair in the break room. Her mind was exhausted, but her body was still itching for movement. Rada was torn between going to the boxing gym or getting drunk. Getting drunk won, and Rada made her way upstairs in her red tank top and tight black jeans. Rada used the stairs, and when she stepped into the bar the regulars noticed and recognized her. Rada got Russian greetings from all over, and Rada was smiling and waving in all directions. She took her spot at the far edge of the bar and gestured the bartender over.
"You know what I want."
Rada said with a grin, and soon enough she got a shot of blackberry vodka before her. She downed it, and the bartender kept it coming.

Aedan Drago

Aedan would slip quietly, his glowing eyes making him stand out as he walked into the building. He'd been coming to such establishments often as of late, he was getting out more, meeting new people. He'd approach the bar, his nose twitching slightly as it picked up the smells of the various drinks, the bar we clean of course but his nose a a very sharp.

Sliding onto a stool he'd order his whiskey, taking a shot and refilling it before turning to the girl besides him. "Blueberry vodka?" he'd ask, having picked up the scent, "interesting choice." His sharp ears picked up a few of the people chatting, many Russian accents here.

He'd take another shot, enjoying the stung if the burning liquid, his nose again twitching. "Can't say we've met before, I'm Aedan," he was letting his accent show some tonight, no reason not to.

Rada was developing a nice buzz after 5 to 6 shots, and she still had the sharpness to note every new person that stepped into her bar. Rada was also a kind of guardian, if someone wanted to cause trouble they'd answer to Rada's right hook.
So Rada noticed when the guy with glowing eyes came in. He moved like a predator, Rada could tell as she was one too. But those types weren't rare around these parts. Rada was perceptive, and even now she could feel multiple different emotions around her. But this island made it harder for her to read people. Hell, there was a guy here that claimed to be a gentleman but wanted to murder something constantly.

What do you know, guys with glowing eyes came to sit beside Rada. She spared him a nonchalant glance, but she looked away quickly enough. She didn't need to look at him to keep an eye on him, Rada could feel his every move and emotion.
Eventually, after ordering some whiskey, he talked to Rada. Rada turned to look at him and lazily raised a brow at the guy.
"A damn good choice, mind you. And it's not blueberry, it's blackberry. Better than some measly whiskey for sure."
Rada snorted and lifted her shot glass at the guy before downing the vodka without taking a breath.

Aedan, huh? Now that Rada looked at him the guy seemed younger than her. Well, the bouncer here was handpicked by Rada, and Aedan looked to handle alcohol well enough.
"Rada Volkov."
She answered, letting Aedan make his own interpretations about her name.

He'd chuckle a bit and refill hid glass, "it certainly has a nice scent," he didn't have much sense of taste and so the choice of drink meant little to him. "And it looks like you're able to hold your drink well," he could tell be her scent that she was a werewolf, so probably had a high alcohol tolerance.

Volkov, one of the owners of the establishment perhaps, not that mattered to him, a drinking partner was drinking partner. "Good to meet you Rada," he'd say, raising his glass to her and downing his drink.

"So, what brings you out to drink tonight?" he'd ask, she seemed like good company, attractive and friendly enough.

Well, this guy was real friendly. If Rada had been in a bad mood she would've taken the wrong guess on the vodka even personally. Lucky for him she was in a decent mood and shrugged it off, pouring herself another shot.
"I wouldn't have the balls to call myself a Russian if a vodka shot made me hiccup. Vodka is our goddamn spine, for fucks sake."
Rada answered with a smirk and downed the next shot.

"Yeah, good to meet you and all that. Hey, Ivan! Bottle of plain, now!"
The last part Rada yelled in Russian, and the bartender brought her a bottle of plain vodka. Rada grinned at Aedan and she took his glass, emptied whatever was in it in her mouth and instead filled it with vodka.
"Okay pretty boy, you drink with me, you drink like me. If you'd rather not there are lots of other drinking partners for you around. No one as fun as me, but beggars can't be choosers, am I right?"
Rada winked and grinned, Aedan was free to go, but if he was going to drink with her it was going to get rowdy.

"What brings me here? I own the damn place and I know this is the best bar in town, that's what."
Rada said with a hearty laugh, keeping to the blackberry vodka, the plain was for Aedan.
"And I like drinking, so sue me."
Rada emptied her glass again and exhaled afterwards, putting it down with a clack.
"What about you, pretty boy? You look barely old enough to get in. What brings you to our small corner of the island?"

Aedan raised an eyebrow and grinned a bit, "oh my, now you're fun," he'd take the vodka and down it, immediately pouring himself another. "Been a while since I've met a drinking partner who can keep up," he'd say in Russian, and it was true, not counting people with alcohol negating abilities.

He'd chuckle, "that's a first, most assume I'm older," he'd managed to bed some older women thanks to looking older, though the number of immortals made age weird anyways. "And curiosity brought me here," he'd smirk and down his drink, "I'd heard of the bar here and there, decided to take a look."

The young man refilled his glass, "and the bar does not disappoint," it was definitely one of the nicer establishments he'd been to. "I'll have to make it one of my usual spots," he'd chuckle, "and the company is proving good as well."

So Aedan wasn't a tight ass, good to know. And he could speak Russian to boot. Weirdly many on this island had linguistic talents. Well, Rada was one of them, she could speak four languages besides Russian and sign language. She immediately changed to Russian, it flowed more naturally.
"Keep up? I'll one up you, I can drink you under the table."
Rada issued her challenge with a grin and raised a brow at Aedan, downing yet another shot.

"Well, I'm not the most, and I can at least tell age. Well, used to, but this damn island is confusing when it comes to that. I have a waiter who's hundreds of years old but barely looks few years older than me."
Rada laughed and downed her drink together with Aedan.
"Well, welcome to Wolf's Den. And you've just been bitten down by the alpha of the place, and you're not getting out 'til you're hammered."
Rada gave Aedan a strong pat on the back, it was almost a hit, honestly.

Aedan Drago

"Oh is that I challenge I hear?" he'd ask in Russian, a smirk on his face, "well hopefully your employees won't mind seeing their boss passed out." Another shot down, this was fun, she was fun, this was going to be a good night.

He'd chuckle, "immortality is weird like that, don't worry you'll get used to it," he certainly was, he'd actually slept with a few older immortals.

Aedan would down another shot, chuckling at her comment and taking the pat easily. "Good, sounds like we'll have a good time then," he'd say with a playful grin, "we'll get hammered and make the night ours."

Rada let out a resounding belly laugh and tapped a finger against the counter, looking at Aedan with defiant eyes.
"If you didn't hear a challenge you're fucking deaf. Should I change to sign language?"
Rada surely hoped Aedan would offer a challenge, she had drank ever since she was 15 and had developed a damn good resistance to alcohol.

This guy was entertaining, jumping to Rada's words like that. Rada would then be a fucking generous hostess and offer the kid the kinda night he'd never forget.
"Make it ours? Boy, the night is going to fall down to its goddamn knees and beg to be ours. Now drinks! You're falling behind. Ivan! I need a bigger glass!"
