Does it almost feel like you've been here before?

The world outside had warmed significantly since earlier that morning. At least it was more pleasant than traversing the cold, concrete streets. The wind rustled the papers in the lanky male's hands. Kaisu grumbled lowly to himself, a bit of panic stirred into throat. He was having some trouble making sense of the map he was given. In fact, it was frustrating. Aside from the one other student who'd talked to him, today was very unpleasant. Kaisu lost his grip on some of the papers, and the flew about the courtyard. Scattering themselves onto the lush grass. Kaisu let out a groan, as he began chasing the fluttering papers around the courtyard hopelessly.

A few wandering students seemed to chuckle at his antics. He cursed himself for forgetting a bag to bring wherever he would be that night. The lanky individual could feel his coat flap away from him. Revealing the snug fitted clothing beneath it, casting a very wide view of his military boots upon his feet. Kaisu lurched toward the last piece of paper that seemed to try very hard to keep from his grasp. He was too embarrassed to return to the admissions office, and ask for a new package of papers to fill out. Not to mention the people seemed to be gathering outside now. The slew of emotions flooding towards him was almost crippling.

The young male gasped, as a looming shadow seemed to fall over the paper that came to rest upon the ground. Kaisu had been crouching, and turned his head upward slowly. Astonishment, and uncertainty filled his body. Already swimming with the emotions of others, he wasn't sure he'd be able to keep himself under control in the presence of this great beast.

<div align=center>The sun had risen early this morning, drawing Murtagh out from his usual spot hidden at the back of the school's stables. It was a strange place to find a creature of his size, he'd have slept inside if it wasn't for the horses, they'd neigh and whinny uncomfortably every time they caught his scent in the air. I'd love to devour one of those pathetic, mindless beasts. The wolf lazily thought to himself, every time he passed their home. He wasn't allowed in the school buildings, besides, he was too big to fit. The staff of the school had deemed him too dangerous to be very close to the students, however, right now he'd decided to completely disobey them. What could they do to him, after all?

People tended to balk at the sight of him, he was a frightening creature when he was a bad mood and without Sylvi around to keep him in check there was absolutely nothing anyone could do to stop him from going on a murderous rampage. He was the size of a large horse with a maw full of long, curved teeth. One of the less powerful students absolutely didn't have a chance up against him, he could bite a smaller one in half quite easily.

However, most of the students on campus were of a peaceful nature. As long as they didn't hurt his little sister he would leave them be. He got the few odd stares, and occasionally he'd come across someone who his size didn't bother. A little girl who'd recently attached herself to Sylvi was one that particularly surprised him, she'd stroked his fur and cuddled him like he was a pet dog. Murtagh liked the attention though, he didn't mind all too much. The creature's great head swung around, yellow eyes flickering downward to settle on a boy crouched to the ground.</div>

The shadow only seemed more ominous the longer he sat beneath the great beast. Kaisu's eyes widened in astonishment, unsure of how to react. He recoiled from retrieving his paper that lie closely near the feet of the great beast. Kai fell backward onto his bottom, unable to move from his position. He was sure the wolf would have liked to eat him. Yet he stared dumbly at it, anxiety rising within his chest. The crowd had fallen silent, a few cast gasps at the situation. A few were even backing away from the scene. Unease settled in his body, it seemed a unanimous emotion in the crowd.

Kaisu swallowed, unable to take his eyes from the beast. In awe of the sheer size of the wolf, he recalled the words of the girl he'd met earlier. "Y-your Murtagh, aren't you? Annaliese spoke of you..." He stammered nervously, amazed he'd even found a voice at all. Kaisu didn't know what else to do. She had told him he ate others, and it made him fear for his life. He was a trapped, small prey animal. "P-please forgive me... I'm not bad, I promise.." Kaisu rambled on desperately. Half expecting the wolf to just snap him in half.

Kaisu couldn't contain his composure much longer. Overwhelmed by everything, an Empath in a school was not an easy feet. He withdrew inward, hiding his face in his legs. His body trembled, out of his control, he could feel warm liquid rolling down his face as he was sure he was about to die.

<div align=center>A voice caught the creature's ear, his ears swiveled forward and his head lowered slightly to get a better look at the owner of the voice. He wasn't sure how this boy knew his name, but at the mention of Annaliese, the beast's tail wagged. This cowering boy must have been a friend of hers. He wondered what the girl had said about him to make this poor creature cower so underneath his shadow, you fear me, little one. He stated, his voice a low growl. I did not plan on eating you. Not yet, at least. This kid seemed more or less harmless to the great wolf.

Of course, Anna was right and the wolf had preyed on humans in the past, not recently however. The forest was abundant with deer and other such animals, Murtagh's diet mostly consisted of those at the moment. It wouldn't be long before he got bored though, not that he'd end up using the school as his own personal snack cupboard - hopefully not, at least. Murtagh wasn't that stupid, there were people here that could easily kill him, and he knew that. A gun could kill him most likely, but it'd take a whole lot of shots to bring him down.

You needn't fear me, little one. He lowered his head father, large yellow eyes settling upon Kaisu. You know of me because of the girl?</div>

Kaisu felt even worse after the wolf uttered the words. However he seemed much more kind than the impression he'd had in mind. He felt badly that he had assumed so strongly, yet his emotions were always the main influence. He's not going to eat me. You idiot! Kaisu became a sniffling, lanky ball. Further embarrassed by his reaction, and surrounded by people. He wiped at his eyes in frustration, unable to compose his breathing pattern.

"I'm s-sorry. That was a-awfully rude of me..." Kaisu's lungs were forcing air in and our unevenly. He looked up from his withdrawn position. Still uncomfortable with the situation, but no longer upset he was about to die. He was at least a bit glad that Murtagh was not as mean as Annaliese had said he COULD be. He nodded faintly when asked if the girl spoke of him.

He felt his face growing red with heat from embarrassment. "Y-yeah. S-she told me about you.... I'm s-sorry for assuming things... I f-feel terribly about i-it. I m-met her earlier today." He sniffed forcibly once more. "I w-was just hoping y-you wouldn't think I was bad... Oh g-gosh this is so embarrassing.." Kaisu hid his face once more, no longer crying, but out of sheer shame at this whole situation. Surely nobody would want to talk to him after this.
