Ditched

Okay, so he ditched Akane to go off by himself, was that illegal? Sure, maybe his family told him specifically to watch him, but didn't they say that he could have some alone time?

Kiiroi sighed, sitting upon the windowsill of the deserted and broken class room. He had found this to get some air time, and to try and ignore his older brother. Nothing ever interesting happen, but he didn't mind; he didn't mind at all. Minding things when they got interesting he hated.

Which is perfectly the reason why he chose an empty deserted room; so he could think, alone. No one would dare come in, so he didn't take all the effort to hide his long hair, and just dressed normally, staring out into the snow filled campus.

In short, he liked it alone. He liked it when nothing interesting happened. And probably that wouldn't happen for the rest of his life.

Moria entered the empty rooms, she sighed thinking about how alone she was. If there was one thing she hated was being alone, she liked company, she would've gone to the dorms but the girls there weren't very friendly to her. She sighed and looked at the rooms she passed, she saw a room with broken glass and a person sitting on the windowsill. She stopped, she pondered whether to leave or enter.

She wondered who might be here alone, seemingly content and quiet was this boy. She couldn't help but wonder why this boy was alone. She stood there silent just watching him, she wondered if he was a vampire or something and that's why he was alone. She pondered, she wasn't good at going outside because of her ability to conserve water. She easily could freeze if outside too long in the winter, she knew this for a fact. She shivered feeling the cool breeze. She remembered she could transform into a wolf, she then remembered Sonlath. She wondered how he was, she hadn't seen him in a while.

She entered the room wondering about this boy as to why he was all by himself. She wondered what his past was like.

Maybe it was his acute and probably paranoid sense of hearing that a quiet step from someone had jolted him. His eyes narrowed in distaste. He hated company. Especially on his time off.

But if he tried to live without any contact for the rest of his life, mmm, that would never work out. He figured long ago, so- what the heck?- he could bear with it at least.

He turned his head towards the newcomer, and attempted to smile with the air of welcoming (but it really was the opposite). With his left hand, he placed a black hat upon his head and waved.

"Hello. And whom do I have the pleasure of meeting today?" he asked, respectfully, even though his other, more annoyed personality was more irritated then ever to have his rest interrupted.

"You don't have to pretend you know... I know you enjoy it alone, you were the one that talked first." She said looking at him, she decided to make it to the point. "I'm Moria, your someone who obiviously hates company. So here's the deal I'll leave you alone if you tell me why you hate company and don't want friends. I have a friend like you who I'm worried about because he does some rather unsavory things like smoke, and I want to help him to stop except he doesn't like company."

She obiviously got right to the point avoiding the small talk completely, she knew he wouldn't like the small talk anyway. She knew no one who liked company would be alone in a place like this unless they wanted to escape people. She understood the boy probably wanted her to leave before she step foot in the room. But she had a question that she wanted answered.

"Ah, you're so correct!" he replied, completely sarcastic, but covered with an air of contentment and hyperness. He could do some good copying his sister's tactics.

So here's the deal I'll leave you alone if you tell me why you hate company and don't want friends.

He fell silent. Truthfully, he was thinking of something to say, but was drawing up a blank.

"Eh, I'm just uncomfortable around people. Besides, I can take care of things by myself; I don't need any help. My brother has the same habit as well, so I guess you can say I come from a lovely family full of antisocial people," Kiiroi said happily, a bit too happy for someone coming from an antisocial family.

In a particular thinking pose, he listened to the rest of her sentence, his long bangs really getting into his eyes.

"People with people problems don't like company for some or so reason. There's many reason why they do, but one of the several main reasons is either their beliefs-" he shrugged at this point "-or they have some form of depression and nothing was happy in their past. Think when you experience something you don't like/hate, you usually go alone to think. People who likes being alone usually have a lot of these experiences."

His eyes brightened suddenly, looking at the girl with his dark choclate irises. "By the way, I'm Ki, if you would. I flustered a bit, so maybe I'm not so perfect-" he said all this with a delightful smile on his face. "-But usually I'm pretty social, but you caught me at a time when I prefered not to."

"Ah, you're so correct!"

She was silent she waited for his reply still standing near the door not far in the room. She didn't want to annoy the boy too much. He was taking a awful long time though. She sighed waiting still.

"Eh, I'm just uncomfortable around people. Besides, I can take care of things by myself; I don't need any help. My brother has the same habit as well, so I guess you can say I come from a lovely family full of antisocial people,"

She raised her eyebrow and listened hoping he'd explain farther, she really wasn't getting it. She wanted to understand the mind of people who weren't too keen on having other people around. She stared at this boy noticing his rather long bangs getting into his eyes. She remained silent trying to not be annoying.

"People with people problems don't like company for some or so reason. There's many reason why they do, but one of the several main reasons is either their beliefs- -or they have some form of depression and nothing was happy in their past. Think when you experience something you don't like/hate, you usually go alone to think. People who likes being alone usually have a lot of these experiences."

She herself was alone and unhappy a lot, that's why she was drawn to people. She sighed confused, she sat down on the floor indian style. "That's odd, I go to people when I feel that way..."

"By the way, I'm Ki, if you would. I flustered a bit, so maybe I'm not so perfect- -But usually I'm pretty social, but you caught me at a time when I prefered not to."

"It's okay..." She didn't care if he wasn't social, she'd been around a lot worse kinds of people. She pondered at why she was so odd to be drawn to people when she was down. She didn't tell them her problems she just wanted to forget them. She tried to think... "Does that mean I'm the one with the problems because I go to people?"

"Oh." So he kind of forgot about other ones who don't coop up their problems.

"Kay. I guess you can say, you kind of are..." He stared at her strangely. There wasn't a person he knew who heaped their troubles onto other people. Well, only kids, but they don't really count. And Midori, but she didn't really count either. And he really didn't want to make her depressed either by being so ... blunt.

"People usually hide it because they don't want anyone to know about their private moments. But, you probably need a vent to help ... take ... it ... out ... easily."

He ran a hand backwards through his uncombed hair, making it even more messy. Usually, he'd keep it under his hat, but once seen, he probably won't be seen again.

"Oh. Kay. I guess you can say, you kind of are..."

She saw him stare at her strangely, she looked at him confused. Why was he staring at her like that? She wasn't a freak that did weird things, or at least she thought so... She wasn't sure anymore, she wasn't sure if she was the one crazy or them.

"People usually hide it because they don't want anyone to know about their private moments. But, you probably need a vent to help ... take ... it ... out ... easily."

She rose a eyebrow even more confused. "I don't tell people my problems... I keep them to myself." She was beginning to think she was odd. She looked at him confused waiting for him to explain or say something like that she was normal. But a part of her knew she wasn't, she never liked to spend time alone. If she did she didn't feel good, so she constantly wanted to spend time with people so she wouldn't feel bad.

She wasn't one to tell others her problems, she was drawn to others so she didn't have to think of her problems.

... Okay, he was starting to get confused now, very confused.

"You do?"

He misunderstood (again). Maybe it was just him and his inability to understand, or maybe not. Feeling an expecting gaze on him and trying not to be flustered, he racked his brain for a good solution time time.

"Okay," he claimed, in a happy sort of way, finally coming to a good conclusion. "You try to forget, since it's uncomfortable for you, with other people. Others just sink into their depression and most of them become very self-centered. They separate themselves because they don't think that others have it as hard as them. There, is that a good explanation?" he concluded, fisting his left into his right, in close to bliss world that he finally came up with something good.

"You do?"

She nodded, she wondered why he asked again. She looked at him still waiting for his answer. She guessed he was a bit confused, she didn't know how to explain any futher, she waited for a answer watching him expectantly.

"Okay, You try to forget, since it's uncomfortable for you, with other people. Others just sink into their depression and most of them become very self-centered. They separate themselves because they don't think that others have it as hard as them. There, is that a good explanation?"

"Nope, why separate yourself from people even if they don't have it bad. I mean why sit and mope and focus on the thing that hurts if it only makes you hurt more?" She asked him confused, she looked at him utterly confused. She wondered why people would separate themselves because they were hurting when by getting their mind off the hurt they could feel better.
