Orion pulled the pocket watch from around his neck and set it between them, he hit a switch it opened, releasing a bright light. "It has a special stone inside that glows."

He smiled and took one of her seaweed chips and took a bite, it was surprisingly good. He leaned over and kissed her cheek, "their good." He took one her sandwiches and start eating it. He smiled, "your turn."

"Pick something for me to try. Surprise me," She said to him. She had no idea where to start but she had been staring at the two cylindrical cans on the blanket. But she waited to see what he chose for her.

He smiled when she looked at a soda, he opened it and passed it to her. "These are called sodas, there a ype of dink." He took his own opened it and took a drink.

"Better just sip it though, they have a lot of sugar, your probably not used that much," he smiled and chuckled. Lots of new things in this city for them both to explore. He was looking forward to seeing the island with her.

She picked up a soda can and examined it turning it over trying to find the hole you drink from. She couldn't find it and started to get frustrated. She handed it back to Orion, " I think mine is broken, " she said, "there is no hole." So she reached into her bag and grabbed out a peanutbutter and jam sandwich to split with him.

Orionchuckled and opened the can before handing it back. He took the half of the sandwich, "thank you." He took a bite with a smile on his face. "Thank you, when I first got here I was a little lonely," he took a bite of his food, "sense I met you it doesn't seem lonely anymore."

Astrial took the pop and gave it a sniff letting little carbonated bubble tickle her nose. She was unsure to try it but took a sip anyway. The fizziness was weird and she almost didn't get it down, but after a long drag of pop she put it down and let out this long barel chested belch. She blushed and turned red. "is this alchohol?" she asked not sure what to make of the drink. What an odd affect she thought.

"I know what you mean. I've been less lonely since you've been around. I feel like I belong here now and with you." She smiled and squeezed his hand.

He laughed, "don't worry it not alcohol," he took a bite of hiss his food, "it does have a lot of sugar though."

He smiled when she took his hand, he scooted next to her and wrapped his arm around her shoulders, "neither of us will ever be alone again." He smiled and kissed her cheek."

Astrial blushed as he kissed her cheek and let out another long belch. That one surprised her. She blushed and mumbled "I'm sorry" and averted her eyes in embarrassment. So she reached for the sandwich and took a bite of it. Yummy pb and j. "I don't think I like the soda," she said to Oriaon, "Especially if it makes me burp that much and tickles my nose when I drink it."

So after eating food and trying different things from Orion's bundle she lay back to stare at the stars and watch how pretty they were. She was hoping Orion would join her.

He chuckled at embarrassment over burping. He went back to his food, eating a bit of everything, it was all good, though he enjoyed what she made a bit better.

He smiled when she layed dow. He wiped his mouth and layed next to her, taking her hand in his. He looked up at the sky for a while, "your great, everything you do makes me smile." He gave her a quick kiss and a smile.

"You keep telling me how nice I am but your VERY nice too, you know. Your kind and considerate, handsome, fun, sweet, and got very nice eyes" Astrial said to him. Her face flushed red and her body was warming up. She was not familiar with this feeling. So it made her feel good but awkward. To distract herself she suggested, "should we clean up now. I can take you down the way I came up here if you want?"she offered to him.
