Lucan hummed in thought, letting her words properly process in his head, "thanks, though not as cute as you." He'd look at her thoughtfully, trying to figure out what he should say, how she should say it, he didn't want to mess this up.

"So you're originally biologically male?" he'd ask, scooting close to her, his hands messing with the charm, "are you transgender?" he asked all of this without anger, he was curious and wanted to make sure he understood all of it right.

Then something clicked, "....wait....are you....Eli?" he'd ask, tilting his head as the pieces slide into place, it was all starting to make sense. "How are you female right now? You're not wearing the charm."

He looked at her thoughtfully, this was all very surprising, he hadn't been expecting this, he hadn't suspected it at all. "So..what? Genderfluid? How long since you started...you know being Elisa?...sorry that sounded awful. I sorta assumed you were new when we met." he didn't want to bombard her questions, but he felt like now was the time to discuss things.

Reaching out, he'd gently take her hand and gently squeeze it, "sit with me," he wasn't angry, he did want to talk about it. "I'm not gonna lie to you, this is a lot..and you probably should have told me earlier," he'd gently pull her down to sit besides him again, "but...I get that it must be hard telling people about it."

Lucan would look at her, "can you...shift to your male form? Be Eli for a minute?" he had something to say and he wanted to say it right, get his point across.

Tilting his head, he'd hum in a thought as he looked Eli over, he'd of course seen Eli around once or twice, never really talked to him. After a moment of thinking, he'd wrap him arms around him a big hug, gently leaning his head against his. "Thank you for tell me," he'd say, giving him a small smile, "I hear figuring out gender stuff can be confusing, so I get this must not be easy for you."

"Eli...Elisa...you're you," his hand would take his, lacing their fingers together, his other arm holding him close, "and I like you some I'm not going anywhere." He'd give his hand a squeeze and a small smile at him, "I'm still figuring it out but..I don't think I'm fully straight anyways..if that makes any sense."

Then a thought come to him, Eli/Elisa was putting a lot of trust in him by telling him all this, maybe he should do something similar. "I...I've kept a secret too... I'm not human..not fully anyways..," his teeth would become fangs, his ears even more pointed and his tail would appear, "I'm half demon..not many know."

Lucan returned the kiss, keeping his arms around them as it ended, lots of surprises all around it seemed. "I'm always here if you need to talk, or need help with anything. Are you going to tell anyone else?" he wasn't sure how long it could remain secret.

"It wasn't that obvious was it?" he'd ask, a little troubled actually, his hand slipping into his pocket and squeezing something. "I...I don't think I like being half demom," he'd say with a shrug, "I don't know really."

Snugging them close he'd give a smile, "either way, I'm happy we've talked, I've never really dated before, but I want to stay with you."

He'd hold her close, kissing the top of her head, "love you," he'd hum a lot, "yeah, I'm not going anywhere." He'd chuckle, "we did have quite the night and hopefully have more in the future."

"Mind if I spend the night?" he'd ask with a grin, "I don't want to stop holding you tonight, I like having you close," and that feeling seemed extra strong at the moment. "You've trapped me again it seems," he'd chuckle.

Glancing at the charm, he'd pick it up and look over it, "mind if I keep this?" he was curious about it, wanted to try it more.
