Octain had spent some time looking for a dungeon to delve into. To unlock some secrets of the island. His eyes scanned for an entrance. He knew it was there. He could feel it in the wind. For a moment his mask's etchings flickered as he slowly waved his hand. The large rock moving as if it was being lifted by a man stronger than he. Then setting it down. Dust filling the area as a set of stairs appeared. Octain knew what he had to do. Take a few steps in.

He strode as his red cloak was hung over his shoulders. Torches on the walls lighting as Octain passed by. Taking a few moments before he heard an ominous roar deep with in. His determination wasn't nothing short of heightened. He finally ended at the bottom of the stair case. at a door where he slowly opened it. Looking around as the room lit up revealing a large troll standing in the middle of the room.

The troll reared it's head over at Octain. Roaring loudly at him as spit and pieces of bones flew at Octain.

"Pitiable dog.."

He spoke. The room flickered with energy as Octain's hands grew in flames. His eyes turned red with fire for a moment as whips appeared. placing both his hands together The whip becoming slender and long as the troll came towards him. Rushing him as Octain. He did what no sensible man would do. Wait for the last moment. The Troll came at Octain as he slipped under and used the whip to go around it's neck. Giving tension to it as pulled the troll towards him till it fell over. Standing upright from leaning away as he turned around.

The whip vanishing as his fingers began to spark with energy. With a snap of his fingers.

ZAP

The trolls head exploded. Covering the opening and the bottom of the stair case in blood, brain matter and pieces of it's skull. Octain turned towards the closed door at the end of the room that remained closed. Walking towards it. Until.. He heard footsteps. Someone was following him. So he stood. In the middle of the room. Pulling up his hood. Awaiting for the ones foolish enough to be brought to mark themselves as friends or foes.

Since arriving at Manta Carlos, Zarita and her sister had heard of a "forbidden forest", which apparently housed all sorts of interesting things. From what they heard from rumours and the like, this place seemed pretty dangerous. So, like anyone else would, they decided to walk right in to the forest and see for themselves just what gave this mysterious place its name and reputation.

The first fifteen minutes of their journey were pretty... uneventful. Aside from fighting some weak tier monsters, a good portion of which probably didn't mean any harm in the first place, there didn't really seem to be anything there.

That was until they came across the entrance to what looked like a dungeon. It was wide open, too., which meant somebody else must have found this place before them. Though that didn't stop Zarita from walking inside anyways. She entered the first room, only to see a dead troll, and a mysterious figure standing there. Were they hostile, Were they friendly? She had no idea of knowing. She approached slowly and cautiously, ready to grab her crossbows should the situation call for it.

Irelia had been extremely anxious to get back into a dungeon. It had been awhile since she had done some real exploring and was happy that there were places to find near the new home of herself and her sister. After a morning of preparations including making sure everything she needed was in her bag, making sure that she had a balanced breakfast, and making sure she looked freaking amazing, she was ready to go.

After they were on the trail for adventure, Zarita informed her of something called a Forbidden Forest. Irelia was instantly intrigued because she heard that there were some monsters they could fight in there. She was disappointed though when most of the monsters in the actual woods were really underwhelming. Her day became a lot better though when she found an actual dungeon in there.

"Come on Lets go sis!" she pratically yelled before running inside with her purple hilted sword drawn. She was making her way through the dungeon when she saw one of the monsters in there was already dead. She saw some old dude trying to explore this place and laughed, "Hang back sir. We got this." she said happily running in and slashing the nearest monster she saw, happy to be in the fight once more.

Octain heard the footsteps running down the stairs as he turned around. His white mask with gold etchings flared the room as most beasts seemed to have come out the dark portions of the room. Watching one of them run amok and kill them. He shook his head as he moved to the next door and opened it. Ignoring the young girls warning. He wasn't too fond of accepting advice from those younger than him. even his hood and mask hid how old he actually was as he draped his cloak over his body.

Octain was going to press on. though something seemed off. He turned around as he watched something descend from the ceiling onto the girl putting most monsters at bay. He rolled his eyes as he snapped his fingers a few times. Electrical bolts spewing from his hand. Hitting one beast, as the bolt bounced from one to another but couldn't quite get the one that was falling. It was screaming at the top of it's lungs as a bit of a war cry. It would be interesting to see how she dealt with it. He smirked under his mask.

"Maybe it is you who should hang back. This is no place for children." He said. Placing his hand on the door's handle and turned it. Only to stop if called upon. Even then. This kid seemed to know well enough what she was doing but rash enough to dig their own grave.

Though it was nice to see some virtue in those younger than him. Even then. It was a shame that some kids were running through potentially life threatening dungeons with no means of escape. Octain always prepared a way out.

Eventually he pushed the door open. Placing his hand back into his cloak as he peaked around an empty room. There... was nothing but three other doors here as he took a few steps in.

Monsters seemed to come out of their dark corners just as Irelia had finished dealing with the first one. In response, Zarita got out her crossbows and started firing magic bolts at nearby creatures. Though between her magic crossbows, Irelia's sword and the masked man's magic, the horde of beasts was defeated in practically no time at all.

She soon overheard the masked man referring to Irelia as a child. All she could think was 'This will be great.' She knew how hotheaded her twin sister could get, and was ready to try to cool things down should the two get into an argument. She would much rather make an ally than an enemy of a man with such powerful magic.

Irelia smiled as she hacked down the first monster that she saw. She quickly took a minute to do a backwards roll and enter a defensive stance. Along the way she managed to drop one of her 10 explosives, causing the falling monster to land on it. Before the explosion went off, she was able to raise her shield to block most of the blast from her sister and old crazy man.

"Who are you calling a child you geezer!" she said angrily walking up to this strange person with her sword raised. The short girl may or may have not chosen to ignore the monsters behind the door that he opened. "Get out of our way. Come on sis" she said before angrily walking into the room that he unwillingly opened the door for them to.

Octain felt the explosions. The wind doing nothing but sending dust and rocks at him. Bouncing off his body as well as his mask. His hood staying on as he shook his head. Though being called an old geezer turned his gaze from a friendly face to a mild scowl. he look down at the girl with his head held high.

Watching the sword behind raised he had half a mind to just take the sword and toss it away. Though instead... He smirked. Looking at the two as he chuckled.

"You are wearing THIN on my patience children."

He wasn't going to help these children. so he decided to await for the 'sisters'. Looking between the two as he looked at the one with the crossbows. His gaze was next to intimidating.

The girl with the sword didn't intimidate him at all. Though.. The crossbow one did. He shook his head.

"Is she always this ill-behaved to those older as well as stronger than her?" He spoke. "I sure hope you do no have the same mannerisms."

He was coming up with plans now. If they wanted an adventure.. He was going to give them one.

It seemed Zarita's anticipation came to fruition after all, her sister and this man were starting to fight.

"Irelia, please try to calm down... He doesn't know what you're capable of, and we don't know what he can do either."

Sure, the man didn't seem like the friendly type, nor did he seem willing to work with them. She didn't like the guy all that much either, and neither of the sisters knew what he was fully capable of. Though he had shown them a glimpse of his capabilities, so she was wary of him. That said, all they needed to do was coexist, maybe go their separate ways, given the opportunity.

She turned to speak to the man herself. "Please forgive my sister, she can be a bit hotheaded, she doesn't mean any disrespect." Though she knew better than that; she was clearly offended.
