June had wanted to sigh at the sound of his laughter; it was that kind of laugh that brought life to him -- speaking literally and figuratively of course. If he could, he'd just love to stay here and spend more time chatting with him but part of him was calling out that this wasn't the reason he went out clubbing. Well, not the only one at least.
The redhead casually waved off the sentiment, smiling through it. He had no regrets quitting from the club; he indulged his more ambitious side and it only brought him on edge if he could say anything about it. He was thankful for the experience but it was something he couldn't get back to this soon.
"Hypnotizing though? I wouldn't say that much." The psionic chuckled; trying to bite the grin off from showing on his face. He wanted to laugh at the thought but before he could say anymore, he felt a pair of new presences around him -- one moved too close too suddenly. They had been familiar, though at the time, June found them rather unwelcome.
The one next to him first, the all too familiar voice of one of his classmates. "June! You're out of your den! Finally!"
It was a little hard to fight the urge to sigh but June managed himself well, and turned to the girl with a smile. "Jess, what a coincidence," he greeted her. "I was about to think you didn't come around here anymore."
"Juney you forget this is my favorite club. The night I don't come here is the day I die." The strange new girl looked up at the bartender for a moment, as if sizing him up with that glance. It didn't seem any more harmless than simply acknowledging him at least. She turned back to the red-head in question, "I saw you from across the room and for a second I thought I was seeing mirages. You haven't been around the gang for way too long June I'm not letting you sit around here on your own."
The girl, Jess looked back up to the lampad, a smirk on her face, "Mind if we whisk you boyfriend away?"
