Day and Night; Constant Struggles

Fluffy laughed. She gave him a lot that said she thought he might need to see a doctor anyway, but it was a teasing look. She jumped onto his lap and stared up at him, blinking every once in a while.

Fluffy nodded and purred in contentment. Her whole frame vibrated as she did this. "Yeah!"

Fluffy watched him grin, amused. Surely a talking cat wouldn't enthrall him too much. Not that she minded. The cat puckered her lips and acted like a fish.

Fluffy shook her head at both questions. She didn't live anywhere, so didn't think that question could be sufficiently answered, and she didn't plan on telling him where she used to live. One reason: Because the answer was pretty much the same; Two: Because she didn't feel like talking about her past.

And though she kind of felt like having another fish, growing up she hadn't really had the chance to have cooked fish, so her stomach would most likely upset if she had too much.

Fluffy whipped his chest with her long white tail then acted innocent about it all.

Fluffy forced her eyes not to widen. She wondered what he'd do when he figured out she was actually half-human. Instead of answering, she began to lick his hand with her sandpaper-like tongue, and waited to see if he took it as a yes or no.
