"It was... It was more than... than an 'off day'... It was rude of me, and... and for that I... I am sorry."
Enelya looked up at Jen, and gave her a gentle smile.
"Well, if you insist on it, apology accepted. I am more than willing to give you any help if you need it. Helping others is like a third arm to me, I love doing it, and it's a big part of me."
"I hope...your days get...well."
Enelya looked back at the boy curiously, who looked so bewildered that she wasn't sure if he was suffering from shock, or just didn't know what to say, or how to thank them.
"Don't we all, having a bad day is at the bottom of my to-do list for this evening." she gave them both a smile. And sat down in the sand, smooshing it in-between her toes. "How's your hand?" Enelya looked up at the sky, the stars were coming out, and she leaned her head back to admire them.
