Dani strummed her guitar. "I can change someone's emotion by playing." She said, looking over at him. "But it's not on." She said, incase she alarmed him. "It's kind of annoying. It flicks off sometimes when it's not suppose to, so I'm stuck. But now, I can fully function it. Unless it pulls one of it stunts. But, I tihnk it does it when I'm scared." Dani shrugged.
"Maybe it's not your power that messes up. Maybe it's the people. Emotions are a tricky thing," Shade said. "Is that what all the comotion downstairs was about?"
"I wasn't trying to do anytihng! It was off! Then they started yelling and stuff! I left." Dani looked at her feet. "Maybe your right. I won't play in public anymore..."
"Well, if you weren't using your power then you should take the fight as a compliment. Your fans are willing to fight for you," Shade said. He looked back down to her.
"Maybe... I still don't wanna go down there." Dani laughed. "Would you?" She asked, wondering if he was in her place if he would go down or stay up here.
"Maybe, but I can understand why someone wouldn't. I don't like to let what other people do effect what I do," Shade said. "How long have you had your power? Or known rather?"
"That is true... I'll go down soon, then. My powers? Ah... I don't remember. But I do remember singing and making someone laugh nonstop for a week." Dani sighed. "So when did you get yours, I mean, discover them?"
"When my sister died," Shade answered sadly. "She was killed and that's when my eyes got like this. I don't know how I got them. It just... happened I guess."
