Rio stood barefoot on the cool grass, the breeze providing just enough rustling of the trees to dance to. She smiled watching the grass sway below her and began moving her hips in time with the grass throwing in spins and twirls, a jump here and there and voila she had her own new dance with a symphony of winds and rustles. She spun one last time and ended with a boy, her baggy shirt blowing in the wind and her tight black pants not keeping the cool out causing her to shudder, but she barely noticed, her bangs sticking to her forehead because of the sweat. She had been on her way to the gym to practice but the music she had heard in nature was just too good to pass up. But slowly as Rio came back to earth she realized her feet were oddly cold.
Great, she whined dropping her hands to her sides
I lost my converse somewhere. so she dropped to her knees searching the grass for her favorite shoes.
