Description of Event: In the Manta Carlos Community Center, Piper pulled out a knife from her boot. When Claudia Winchester became wary, Piper said that if she was going to throw it at anyone, it would not be her. By the time Henghai told her to not pull out a weapon in the M3C, she had already put it back into her boot, though not without having a small argument with him that got resolved quickly. Henghai then reported to the school about the incident.

Type of Report: Stolen Vehicle, Missing Person (2 counts)

Person(s) Reporting: (Stolen Vehicle) NPC who owned the vehicle in question, after finding their car and keys missing when they went to leave work late in the afternoon. (Missing Person - Hella Magnusson) Her roommate, her best friend, and her boyfriend all noticed she didn't come back to her dorm after leaving this afternoon. She also has not answered any text messages. (missing Person - NPC Fae) The hotel the individual was staying at notified the authorities when he did not check out of his room and there were signs of a struggle when the room was inspected.

Evidence Available: Video surveillance showing several small creatures, possibly Gremlins or goblins, unlocking.the car using a key and driving away in it. Video surveillance of the hotel in question shows several small creatures similar to the ones from the first video, but inly brief glimpses.

Description of Event: Hella Magnusson, using her Einherjar, stole a vehicle and kidnapped a Fae staying on Manta Carlos. The vehicle was driven out into the woods where Hella murdered the Fae at the behest of her master. Once the deed was done, murderer, victim, and stolen vehicle were spirited away to Underhill to be disposed of.

Type of Report: Assault, Harassment, and Disturbing the Peace

Person(s) Reporting: John Miller and Galvão Freitas Moreno

Evidence Available: Several eye witnesses and one person of interest's admission.

Description of Event: John Miller harassed Galvão Freitas Moreno in weasel form until the latter transformed into a human form. The harassment continued and eventually Galvāo punched John. Officer Roldan Drakenhardt came onto the scene and called for back up, and both boys were taken into custody.

Evidence Available: Dalia Tor is missing. That's all Chloe knows. She isn't showing up at school and she isn't at home. Beyond wild, terrified speculation, Chloe doesn't have a clue where she is or why.
Description of Event: Dalia's uncle, Vatar, learned that she is extremely sick. This, combined with both of her biological parents leaving the planet for an indeterminate amount of time, made Dalia decide that she needed some time away from everyone else.

Type of Report: Missing Persons

Person(s) Reporting: Dancers and Workers at The Asteria Club (NPCs) reported Jafar has not shown up to work. NPC spotting Kofi loading a very drugged out Jafar onto a spaceship.

Evidence Available: Video surveillance showing Kofi and Jafar together on the Space Station and Kofi loading him onto the ship.

Description of Event: A seemingly calm Kofi appeared and approached Jafar before he was able to enter The Asteria Club. Kofi then managed to lead Jafar towards the hangars where he then drugged and loaded him onto a spaceship before departing and leaving the space station.

Type of Report: Minor with Alcohol, Brandishing a Weapon
Person(s) Reporting: Handled by NPC officer after report by Titus Drakenhardt
Evidence Available: Witness statements, but also a clear recording of the situation
Description of Event: Briefly, for reasons unknown, John Miller (self-identified as John Neutron) drew out a metal bat. He returned it to his bag almost immediately, but then tossed the bag, causing several glass containers to break. When questioned, he lied (very poorly) about the contents of the bag, leading two teachers and a witnessing scout to believe they were alcohol. When asked his name, he identified as 'John Neutron', and claimed he was 21 before teleporting away.

Manta Carlos police are investigating.

Evidence Available: Security camera feed, witness statements
Description of Event: John Miller seemingly teleported in the community center trying to steal from the vending machine before promptly teleporting out. Roldan then arrives to check the camera feed, and in the meantime, John returns to stick money into the vending machine. He disappears again, but when Roldan comes back down to talk to him and mentions food, John teleports his hand in front of Roldan, leading to him getting a power bracelet put on him before being led out of the center by Roldan.

Type of Report: Assault

Evidence Available: Video evidence, eyewitnesses

Description of Event: Pandæmonia was in the Community Center when Tam came in and approached them. Pandæmonia attacked Tam and showed anger when the damage they did was undone. Thry proceeded to attack Tam mercilessly until the police showed up.

When the police turned up, Pan was cuffed and Tam was taken in for questioning when it was determined that they might have an aura that caused the erratic behavior. Vexi, meanwhile, was under the effect of Tam's aura and ended up hurting herself by clenching her fists.

Type of Report: Two cases of Assault
Person(s) Reporting: Primarily cameras for first contact. Officer Havilah was on the scene, with officer Genovese and officer Quinn responding.
Evidence Available: Full recording
Description of Event: There was a small verbal confrontation between Ebviony and Jackal. Iolite stepped in, tapping Ebviony on the head and sending her flying. Both Seven and Ebviony began to cry, but as Jackal went to leave with Iolite, Ebviony removed their power bracelet, attaching butterflies to Jackal and sending him into six minutes of unbelievable agony. Iolite was also attached, albeit with a smaller number of butterflies. No one was permanently injured, but Ebviony was removed to police custody while an investigation could occur.
