<div align=center>The sky was dotted with neat little grey clouds that could perhaps have meant snow was on the way, December was drawing ever closer and the weather was getting colder and colder. The courtyard was more or less empty aside from the students crossing it to go to whatever classes they had to be at. There was one girl who'd been sat cross legged on the grass for a little while, underneath the big tree that grew on one side. She watched everyone else with a disinterested sort of look on her face, her ears aeroplaned lazily to the sides and her tail flicking idly every now and then, like an irritated cat.

School was boring. Dee Dee would have perhaps rather been anywhere else but here right now, she had half a mind to skip her next class, one wouldn't hurt, right? She could catch up later, maths wasn't that important anyway. The girl yawned, her ears flicking backward as she did so. It was cold and Dee loved it, the colder it was the happier she was, at least that's how it was usually. Unfortunately due to the cold, most students had chosen to remain inside, leaving her little choice of anyone to play with. A playmate, that was all she really wanted. She leaned back on the trunk of the tree, staring up at it's leaves, the ones that were left on it were a pretty orange sort of colour, the rest of the branches had been stripped bare.

A breath of wind tugged at the girl's silver ringlets, pushing her hair out of her face and making her frown. She reached a hand up to fix it again, flattening her fringe and smoothing out the frizzier parts. Another yawn escaped her, and she stretched both legs out in front of herself, taking a moment or two to pull her stockings back up to her thighs. She couldn't understand how a school so full of supernatural beings could be so devoid of interesting people, or attractive people at that (or were they the same thing?) Her eyes flickered up again, watching, waiting for something to strike up her interest.</div>

Damien walked around the courtyard taking in the sights of the city through eyes unbridled by the lack of emotion he normally endured thanks to his emotion suppressors. He smiled for the first time in months and watched the leaves on the trees. It was in this frame of mind that he found himself more suggestible and impulsive than usual, but an eighteen year old guy should still have been allowed to have fun from time to time.

With his hands in his pockets he actively searched for someone to interact with. Without the emotion suppressors being active he could actually enjoy casual conversation without immediately estimating threat risk and checking to see for demons and "reality deviations" and without having to worry about mission specifics. It was just regular day without classes for him at the moment.

Unfortunately the courtyard was without people... at least for the most part. He did happen to notice a girl sitting by a tree with ears, glasses, and an extremely short stature, the likes of which brought the word 'cute' to mind.

He walked over to the tree, nervous at first, but quickly getting over that as he approached her. She seemed small and harmless enough, though the chill wind did seem to cause goosebumps, even more so because the subdermal armor was without any real means of combating the cold in and of itself. Shaking his head, he finally got close enough to converse and sat down next to her, though he refused to look at her for a moment.
"Soo, i haven't seen you around here before. Are you new too?" He asked. It was the only thing he could think of to break the ice and hoped it wasn't so bland they couldn't have a more interesting conversation.

<div align=center>Dee Dee had noticed the boy before he'd even decided to come over. Much taller than her, but then again, who wasn't? He was formed nicely, and on closer inspection she decided that he had a nice face, too, she was almost relieved when he perched himself next to her, she'd been so bored she thought she was going to cry. Her ears flicked upright as he spoke, and she pushed her glasses a short way up her nose. "New?" She asked, tilting her head to one side, smiled softly and shook it. "Not new," she told him, "merely elusive." Whether Dee Dee could actually be called elusive or not, that was something for others to argue about.

The cold had absolutely no effect on Dee, she didn't feel it, and therefore she enjoyed it. Whereas most would have had to wrap themselves up in a coat and scarf, she was wearing what could probably be called summer clothing, aside from her turtleneck jumper, which currently covered her chin. It made her smile just a little when she realized that Damien was refusing to look at her, she pouted a little and tucked a stand of hair behind her ear.

A quick glance at him suggested that he was perhaps around the same age as her, her height made her look younger than she was though, and she cursed it because of that. It added to that cute factor, though, which wasn't necessarily a bad thing. "I think lazy is actually the way to put it." Dee Dee seldom admitted that she had any flaws, but laziness was certainly one of them.</div>

Damien looked out of the corner of his eye as she tucked the strand behind her ear, his heart beat quickened a little bit, and he welcomed it. This was what he wanted anyway, something to make him feel. It didn't matter to him what the feelings were or what the risks were, the side effects from the emotion suppressors were sometimes a little overwhelming and he needed to feel in order to overcome some of what he had seen and dealt with when they were on.

When she made the comment about her being lazy, he chuckled a little bit.
"It's the lazy days that allow for the most fun." He said with an uncharacteristic grin. All of a sudden, without any real medium between the last point of their interaction and the current, he started to think about what it would be like to kiss her. His heart rate increased at first, he hadn't kissed anyone since he had gone for full cyborization, or at least almost full... parts of him were still human.

Something told him that it was still too soon, he wanted to talk to her more. It was important to pace oneself with social situations.
"So what is your name? I'm Damien." He said as he moved closer to her and actually took the time to look at her close up.

<div align=center>Dee shrugged, he was right, she liked having nothing to do, or more to the point she liked doing nothing and procrastinating. Ah, procrastination, something that felt so familiar to her. She was a sharp girl, but her teachers often mistook her for the opposite since they never really saw any evidence of progress, only due to the fact that she seldom did any work. Perhaps I should. She knew she'd go no where in life if she never did any work, but did she really have to? Why couldn't she just live here? Because it doesn't work that way, that's why. Dee Dee wasn't the sort of person who enjoyed expending energy, she was skinny, but she seldom moved around all that much.

She glanced to him as he smiled, liking the way it looked on his features. She most likely wouldn't have been against kissing him, he was attractive and her eyes couldn't help flickering to take in the rest of his body. She looked away again, a small, innocent smile upon her face. I'm Damien. She nodded, "my name is Dee Dee." She answered, shooting him a sideways glance at him, her bright eyes meeting his for a brief moment, she giggled softly and looked away again, ears flicking down to the sides. Her ears were perhaps the most expressive part of her after her eyes, it was always easy to tell her mood depending on the way she held them, which in some ways was somewhat useful, for other people anyhow. "It's nice to meet you."</div>

He swallowed his pride, wondering how he would act with the suppressors. He came to the conclusion that he would have simply decided the conversation was idle and unnecessary and moved on. That would have been a waste. At last he decided, it didn't matter how sudden it was, or how little (or none rather) alcohol they had consumed, he was going to try to be bold. He had maybe one day of being able to go out and about without using the suppressors before the nightmares started and he was going to have to make the most of it which meant not wasting time.

With decision in mind, he called to her.
"Dee Dee..." He said softly, trying to get her attention so that she would look at him. Brazenly, he leaned forward, preparing to kiss her, then he would move on from there. At this point it was mostly instinct, and he led forward on that.

<div align=center>Things had happened very quickly, Dee had gone outside for some fresh air, bored and looking for someone to mess with. She had wandered to the courtyard and sat herself down against the trunk of the big tree there, nothing had happened for a while, and then a boy she'd never seen before had come and sat himself next to her, introducing himself as Damien and asking if she was new here. He'd asked her his name, and now all of a sudden she thought he was trying to kiss her. And who could blame him? She asked herself, I'm attractive even if I say so myself.

She debated giving in to him for a moment or two, though perhaps this would provide her with some entertainment for a little while, that's what she had wanted, right? Besides, he was attractive, she wouldn't have minded kissing him at all. One of her arms snaked it's self around his neck, and she pulled herself close, "you're a little bold, aren't you?" She purred, a wicked little smile crossing her features. The girl pressed her lips to his in a small, somewhat short kiss, before following up with a slightly longer one. She giggled softly, I think that's all he wanted, she shrugged to herself, fine by me.</div>

The feeling... It had been so long since he had felt a girl's lips against his, even longer since he had gone any further than that.
"You have no idea." He said, breathless as he reached behind her, grabbing her butt and smiling as he deepened the kiss. He wondered how far she was going to allow him to take this already. After all, they only knew each other's names and all they had to go off of was physical chemistry which he was starting to feel more and more of.

His hands moved of their own accord, fingertips traced their way up the back of her shirt along her spine as the hand on her behind pulled her against him. Onlookers and after effects be damned, this made the day worth it already.

<div align=center>Dee let out a light squeak, and arched her back suddenly. "Hey, now," she scolded, though her tone carried a hint of laughter in it, she was rather bemused than angry with him. She was enjoying this attention, it had been a while since she'd had attention like this. She wondered how long it'd, last, not very long, she imagined, these things didn't really last very long, she never knew if it was her or the person she was with, she usually went for it being her, she could be a little difficult to get along with at times, and she knew that very well.

The girl quivered a little, letting out a short, involuntary little purr, her lips found themselves to Damien's neck, there was a pleasant sort of scent that hung around him, she didn't know if it was cologne or if that was just the way he smelled, but it was good and she liked it. She sucked hard just above the boy's jugular, one hand shifting up to the top of his head, the other arm hooked it's self around his waist. When she drew her lips away again there she had left a mark in the form of a small, red welt, it'd probably bruise later.</div>

His spine tingled at the feel of her lips against his neck, he ignored the welt, simply enjoying the feeling and pushed forward. He had jumped out of planes into enemy territory filled with all sorts of supernatural phenomena and this feeling trumped all of it.
"Feel free to keep protesting like that." He whispered as fingers unclasped the hooks on the bra and found their was towards the front as he laid her back on the grass. Had he checked to see whether they were visible to other students or faculty he would have known they were fairly obscured from the buildings, and the walkways seemed to have cleared due to classes. Odd passerby from too far away to properly see what was going on came and went... but he didn't check, and he didn't care.

His lips found the nape of her neck and he ran his teeth over it, his own pants were unbuckled and he kissed her as he positioned himself over her. He waited to see if she would stop it, a voice in the back of his head almost hoped, but he quickly shut it out softly biting her earlobe, and preparing to enter a blissful dream he hadn't felt in far too long.
