Skye walked along, the moon's light leading the way. It must've been about two in the morning. Skye preferred the night to day. It's just the way she's always been.

The cool breese whipped Skye's hair into her face. Eyes stinging from the wind, she tucked her hair behind her ears. Paying no attention to where she was going, she continued. It's freezing out... she thought, and rubbed her hands together for warmth. Looking at her feet, Skye almost ran right into a sign. Above her head was a large sign with the message "Do Not Enter" written forebodingly across it. She sat there for a while, remembering what happened last time she was in the forest. She shuddered. There couldn't be vampires in the forest anymore, right? She took a small step into the forest. Nothing out of the ordinairy happened, she she kept going.

About five minutes into her walk, the fifteen-year-old found a large rock and sat down upon it. Everything was so peaceful that she could've fallen asleap right then and there if it weren't for the unmistakinable sound of cracking leaves behind her.

Ember had been looking out the wondow in her dorm room, thinking. She observed the night sky and its stars, so found them so beautiful. Feeling restless, Ember got up and decided to take a walk. She was only wearing a sweatshirt, skirt, knee socks and shoes, so when she stepped outside, she felt the air sting her immediately. She wanted to go back up to her dorm and change into a pair of jeans, but she was too lazy to do so, so she just kept walking.

Minutes passed as Ember wandered, and before she knew it, she was at the foot of the Forbidden area.Curiosity usually always got to the best of Ember, and the sign didn't stop her from entering. Slowly, Ember walked through the forest, only hearing the sound of her breathing and steeping on broken branches and fallen leaves. A few minutes after entering the forest, she saw something. She stopped and squinted her eyes to get a better view, it was the figure of a person laying down on a large rock. Curious again, ember got closer to the person. "Hello?" She asked when she got close enough to speak and not shout, seeing if the person was awake or not.
