Cleo
Cleo could tell Jessie was try to avoid her. Ever since their little "bet" in the Grey Raven, she hadn't seen him around at all. And Jessie wasn't exactly the best at hiding. At least, not between his bright green hair, and over the top fashion sense. He stuck out like a sore thumb everywhere.
And then there was the matter of that one guy at the Grey Raven. He'd had a surfer dude accent, and green hair, and most telling of all. He'd made a point of hiding his face, from her at least.
She wanted answers, so she went to the strip to hunt him down.. After all, she had heard of someone who looked similar to him harassing people on the strip. And it paid off, because she spotted the all to familiar green hair coming out of an alley.
"Jessie?"
