Ember had started off at the bottom. It was a dull, gray day, and she was in the mood to go to the very top of the tower to see what was up there. She began climbing, without even breaking a sweat, that is, until she reached what she believed was the middle of the tower.
She found an empty room, dusty from being out of use for so long. She looked outside the window and got dizzy from the height, for she had a bad case of vertigo. She loked up and noticed that she wasn't far from the top, and that she would continue, but after a quick break. She rested on a table and began thinking...thinking...unitl she drifted off without even noticing.
