Chloe's Name, Fuzzy Handcuffs, and Human Shape Woes

Chloe has a rare condition that affects her only when she uses a standard human shape charm. Despite how strong her legs are in her normal form, while under the effects of a human shape charm they become weak and uncoordinated. It would take either a lot of exercise and physical therapy or a specially made charm for her to overcome this problem.

It is believed that this has something to do with the way Chloe's legs developed in the first place, which was a sudden, traumatic, and not well understood process.

Chloe's true name has power over her. She finds it difficult to resist any command or suggestion made using this name. She can defy such commands, but only if her name is used against her repeatedly, or if following the command would hurt someone or something she holds dear. The effect of a given command or suggestion on her using her name can only last up to a day at a time.

This is an unusual pair of power-nullifying handcuffs. They're well-made, heavy-duty leather cuffs with a strong, short chain and a fuzzy inner lining for comfort. If properly tightened they should be difficult to slip out of. But not impossible for an ordinary human, especially if that human is able to use their mouth or teeth to unfasten the cuffs. Furthermore, unlike police handcuffs, these do not lock with any kind of key; anyone can take them off.

Each individual cuff is power-nullifying, and they can be detached from each other and worn separately, or hooked into different kinds of restraints.
