Just your ordinary baby. Don't they all look the same? Has bright blue eyes.
Dragon form:
In his dragon form Chiu is about the size of a kitten and covered in fluffy white fur. He has small round ears and a feline-like round face with bright blue eyes, and a mouth that has needle-like teeth and two golden canines almost as long as Chiu's forearm. Overall Chiu's body is feline and streamlined. He has smaller backlegs and large fronlegs with wings on them like a wyvern. Chiu has short but sharp claws and a spiky, black tail.

Active Abilities:
Shifting: Can shift between human and dragon form. But much prefers his dragon form.
Snow Breath: In his dragon form Chiu has the ability to use a breath attack, where he shoots a snow blast. He has little control over this ability and it's still quite weak. One blast is enough to cover maybe someone's face in snow from very close range. Chiu might also accidentally release snow from his mouth when he sneezes or yawns.
Snow Creation: Chiu has the ability to create snow in both dragon and human form. The biggest amount he can create right now is a snowball about the size of an adult's fist. And he cannot do much of it, maybe weakly sling it a foot away or so. Mostly Chiu can just make the snow dance around himself.
Passive Abilities:
Longevity: Chiu can live up to be nearly 10 000.
Physique:
-Strength: Chiu can lift twice his own bodyweight.
-Regeneration: Has minor regenerative abilities and small wounds heal twice as fast. Other injuries and larger wounds take the normal amount of time.
-Cold Resistance: Can stand low temperatures down to -5 degrees celsius.
Weaknesses:
Chiu is a newborn and quite weak on his own, especially since he seems to have coordination trouble. Is also weak towards heat and fire and burns heal twice as slow.
