Virgil didn't show a lot of emotion, most of the time he looked grumpy at best, resting bitch face as many would call it. That said there was a twitch of worry that appeared over his face as he moved through the halls. His girlfriend was back, from his perspective she'd only been gone hours, but he knew time in Underhill was different, so he wanted to check on her.

Finally he came to her dorm, knocking and waiting for either Hella or her roommate to answer the door. Hella being in such hard situation of serving a Fae was difficult, frustrating, but he wasn't sure if there was anything he could do to help, so for the moment he'd focus on checking on her. @Kadakism

Hella wasn't sure she wanted to open the door when she heard the knock. But she knew she couldn't avoid people. And what if it was another of the Queene's emissaries? She couldn't afford to offend the Queene.

Still in her flannel sleep pants and over sized t-shirt, which she was glad covered up the worst of the scratches and bruises, she opened the door. Hella's face brightened when she saw Virgil, her mouth widening into a smile far too large for her face. Like the grin of a Cheshire Cat.

"Virgil! I knew Lyssa had texted you that I was back, but I didn't think you'd come to visit so soon."

Stepping aside to let Virgil into the dorm's shared living room, Hella unconsciously covered one of her arms to hide the worst of the damage visible there.

A smile full of relief flashed over his face when he saw her, she seemed ok for the most part. "I had to come see you," his sharp eyes noticed her pulling covering her arm, his nose instinctively twitching, taking in the scents of the room in. He picked up blood, those fucking Fae had hurt her, anger shot through him none showed on his face, but there was a brief shift in his body language to show it.

Sighing just a little, his arms quickly, but gently wrapped around her, emotions were a weird thing for them, he definitely had them, not many saw the few times he shows it, she was one of them. "Hope you don't mind," he kissed her, relieved she was in one piece, though he still had an furious hatred towards the Fae in the back of his mind.

After holding the hug for a bit longer, he stepped back to look at her, he wasn't sure, but he guessed time moved faster for her. "So," he tilted his head, "not gonna lie, was a little worried. Mind if I ask what happened? It's fine if you don't want to say."Virgil was known to be a grump, but he was caring toward those who knew him well.

Hella recoiled slightly from the hug at first, but braced herself. She couldn't let Virgil see her weak. She was a Magnusson. She was proud and strong, regardless of what her father or anyone else said.

"I don't mind. Thank you for coming to see me," she said with a gesture to the couch in her living room. "Do you want anything to drink? We have water. I think there's tea I can make. I-"

And there was the question. What happened in Underhill? She paused, looking at the floor. She wanted to tell him. But what would he think of her? She sighed and went to grab the vellum stationary off of the counter.

"A member of the Queene's Court embarrassed her. So I've been tasked with getting vengeance on her behalf. Since they fled to the island when they realized their mistake. I'm not sure but I-"she paused. "I think I have to kill them..."

He'd listen calmly and quietly as she explained the situation, the mission she'd been given. "I see, I'd heard of the Fae and their honor systems," he rested his chin thoughtfully on his hand, his finger scratching lightly at his chin, "the court leaders defending their honor by any means they deem necessary."

There was no judgement on his voice, there was some concern though, his head would lean back a bit, "I assume she gave a time frame for it, info on the target?" He was being, well be wasn't really sure, he didn't want to get emotional even though he was incredibly posed at the Fae. "Is there another option besides killing them?" his knowledge of Fae wasn't the best, but he knew they could be tricksy, putting forward alternatives without really telling them.

His eyes went to the stationary, "can I see it?" Overall he was being calm about it for now, he'd seen death, he'd killed people, he wouldn't judge her for something he had no choice in, he was however intent on helping her figure this out. "I don't know what limitations she's given you for this," he took a breath, "that said, I can't just sit back and let you deal with all this on your own."
