That's awesome.
She said with a smile. Empathy, something people were quite lacking on in modern times.

Nope, he ran off when he accidentally hit me. I should have turned into a tiger and chased him.
She stated mischiveously. She wouldn't have really hurt him much, but she bet that a tiger would have scared him senseless.

"Yeah should have." Kacey said still looking at the small creature. "Did you think about naming it? Is it a he or she?" Kacey asked curiously unsure, she looked back up at the girl.

It has her own name, in her language that is. It's a she though. I'll probably take her out to the Forbidden when her tail's all healed up since that's where she's from. I'm afraid that poor balance might endanger her when predators come.
She said lightly, meaning that the tail helped the squirrel's balance.

"Oh ok. Wow you really do know a lot about animals. That's really cool." Kacey said admiring her for knowing so much. "Your power sounds really interesting too." Kacey said.

It's cool if you have it but really annoying if you are a parent of some one who has it. I'm kind of attatched to butterflies so they had to stand me morphing into a caterpillar when little, then got into a cacoon when I was twelve. They weren't too happy.
She said with a giggle.

But thank you.
She said cheerfuly.

"Oh, my parents don't really like me having powers. It was kinda their reason for sending me here." Kacey explained, "Your welcome, it still sounds somewhat fun." She said.

Ick, I'm sorry. My parents just sent me here cuz they were sick of me not being able to exactly control the morphing when I go through strong emotions. Having your daughter turn into a lion infront of you and bare her teeth at you can't be too pleasant.
She said with a grin.

Your powers are awesome though, you don't need their approval.
She said stubbornly.

"Oh well sometimes I feel like I have make them proud of me, so I kinda feel like I do have to have it." Kacey said honestly, "I know it sounds lame." Kacey said.

It actually doesn't, but there are times in which it matters more what you want than having their approval. You'll gain their approval with time, it's better for you to gain your own first.
She said with a light shrug as she smiled at the girl.

"Hey yeah I guess your right. But I honestly can't do that if I'm so many miles away you know? I hardly get to see them normally anyway." Kacey admitted.
