Appearance Description: One shining silver left eye and a dull pink right eye, shockingly pale white skin, very random clothing style depending on what felt 'right' for the day, her hair a blinding blend of all colors from the rainbow and even black and white in no particular order, 5 feet tall, 120 lbs.
Personality Description:
Invisibility: A Mental ability, instead of bending light Cerra makes people forget that she is where she is. With minor concentration she is able to sit still and have both biological and mechanical ignore her presence and forget that she even registered in their memory banks and brains. With some concentration Cerra is able to move around while she is 'invisible' and can make biological entities ignore her, Machines and mechanical observation have a higher chance of noticing her. With Major concentration Cerra is able to grab and move objects with her, this is more easily noticed by both biological and mechanical observers as the have to then begin ignoring a new object. (Exp, Cerra can move through a door without incurring the additional concentration cost but picking up anything off a desk or the ground causes mental strain)
Bestow Insanity: Cerra is able to force her insanity onto other biological creatures, this can cause anything from "hearing the voice of Creation" to seeing things that are not actually there. With a small force of will Cerra is able to push her insanity onto a single individual. With a major force of will Cerra is able to bestow Insanity upon up to (five) 5 people within 40 feet of her and within line of sight. (Exp when bestowing insanity upon someone they are stunned for a short period of time as they become overwhelmed with voices and images in their head.)

Weakness of the Sun: Cannot stand in the sun for any length of time. Causes Immediate death and crumbling of her physical form.
Immune to Time: Cannot Die of old age
Blood Essence: Requires Cerra to drink 'fresh' blood at least once every half month if she has not used her powers strenuously. Consistent use of them can cause Cerra the need to drink multiple times in the same day.
Hears the Voice of Creation: most people think Cerra is schizophrenic but this actually do to the fact that the Nosral clan can hear the voice of the universe and it tells them minor prophecies. As such Cerra cannot talk plainly and is usually to busy trying to slowdown the messages from creation that some of them spill forth. These tend to be cryptic messages in the closest form to what Cerra had wanted to say.

Cerra was given the 'Gift' in Los Angeles, California on the Leap Day. Received into the Nosral clan and was taught how to use her powers. However shortly after following the promptings of the voices in her head Cerra eventually found herself upon Monta Carlos Island. Eventually Cerra found herself enrolled in college and going to school on a regular basis...to her own surprise.
