General Information
Cecilia Felgran (sə-SEE-lee-ə), also named Cece (SEE-SEE) by her friends, is a nineteen (19) year old female. Her name being derived from the Latin word caecus ‘blind’, which reflects her attitude as she seems to care little about problems around her that do not affect her or her friend.
Appearance
Cecilia has a height of 5’4 (163,9 cm) and weighs in at 122,8 pounds (55,8 kgs). She is a Caucasian female with bisque colored skin. Her eyes are an average shape and amber colored. She has a slightly upturned nose and straight, spotless teeth.
Cecilia’s hair is wavy, thick, natural dark-brown and styled in a half-long, asymmetric cut.
Cecilia has a small scar at the bottom of her jaw. She cut herself while being forced by her father to shave herself. There was no facial hair then, neither is there now, but her father demanded she had to learn how to shave as he was convinced raising her as a boy would make her into the son he actually wanted.
Appearance (wardrobe)
Cecilia usually wears a black sleeveless T-shirt that is slightly to long and falls over her light-blue jeans. Her jeans seem to fit her perfectly, except around the knees, where they are a bit too loose.
She wears a dark-green jacket with silver zippers over her T-shirt. The sleeves on this jacket are far too long and cover the entirety of her arms and hands.
She usually wears a pair of brown flat boots with a pair of mismatched socks underneath, because she cannot be bothered by sorting them out.
Appearance (accessories)
Cecilia wears a bright yellow scarf with a black edge. On the scarf appears to be some form of leaves depicted. While most of the leaves are only outlines, some are completely colored black.
She will wear the scarf on every outfit, regardless of the colors matching.
Personality
Cecilia isn’t very confident in herself, but that doesn’t stop her from being brutally honest at times. This is not a very good combination most of the time as it tends to anger people, which she doesn’t have a response for.
She is also very patient with most people, respects their viewpoints but isn’t scared to suggest a different look on the subject. Loyalty and honesty are a must if you ever decide to try being friends with her. If you truly are a friend she will be the best friend you ever had, loyal, honest and respectful.
Habits
Cecilia tends to sniff her bottle of peach-scented perfume whenever she gets stressed. This habit developed because the smell of peach calms her down. She has no clue why this calms her down though. Cecilia is rather easy to influence with the right lure. The most effective one being promised food, more specifically fast food.
She has a specific nervous tick when she gets stressed or panicky. Whenever this happens she starts pull on her sleeves, even though they are far too long already and cover her hands and arms anyhow.
This behavior can be soothed by the scent of peaches.
Powers
Active power: Transmute
Cecilia can take anything from the real world with her into a painting as long as she is in direct contact with the object/being. Once through the painting holding on to Cecilia will not be necessary and staying within the painted world will not alter the visitor’s body.
She can also take objects from within the painting and take them with her to the real world, as long as it fits through the frame. This will make the object in question enter the same state of drying as Cecilia.
Once something is taken out of the painting, however, it becomes static. Which means anything that functions by some form of movement will be useless (for example a bow and arrow cannot be fired as the bowstring cannot be pulled.)
She also cannot draw any form of 'energy' and take it out of the painting. Drawing a magic wand or a electrical circuit for example will not be able to produce any form of energy (in this case magic and electricity) within or outside of the painting.
Species (background)
Cecilia was considered human, until she was pushed against a large landscape painting within her parent’s home. Instead of bumping against the piece of art and possibly knocking it of the wall, she went straight through it and found herself within the landscape depicted on the canvas.
Her father had been the one who pushed her against the wall and witnessed his child going straight through his priceless piece of art. He was a extremist believer of de Christian church and this must have been witchcraft. So he burned the canvas to ashes with Cecilia still inside.
Cecilia was trapped within a painted world that no longer existed in the real world. After time passed she felt her body changing. She was becoming part of this world, her body turning to paint.
Species (abilities)
Passive trait: Painting walker
Cecilia is able to enter paintings by stepping through them as if the frame was a window. There are restriction to this ability however, such as:
Cecilia can only enter paintings fully
(If she put any part of her body through a painting, she will be pulled in)
The painting frame must be big enough for her to fit through
(Obvious reason)
The painting cannot be an oil painting
(Unknown reason)
The painting must be the original work
(No copies or photos of the painting)
Cannot pass through a painting that is not a (semi-)realistic landscape
(No portraits, no still-lives, etc.)
Cannot pass through a painting the has been restored after damage
(Stops it from being original)
Other reason why a painting cannot be entered is unknown as these are the only restrictions that have been tested by Cecilia.
Passive trait: Drying state
When Cecilia exits a painting her body needs to adapt to the real world and enters a state of drying. This is because when she steps out of a painting her body is in a state similar to wet paint. In this state her body and clothes appear to be soaking-wet and paint will drip from her body.
The drying process is affect by the amount of time she has spent within a painting as well as the temperature of her surroundings. During this drying state she is extremely vulnerable to water to an extent that it can be lethal to her.
Biography
Additional Information

Biography
Cecilia was raised by her father to be the son he actually wanted. This confused her after she started to get interested in boys at an older age. Her father refused to believe his ‘son’ was an homosexual and demanded she had to start dating girls.
At that point Cecilia became more and more confused until her mind finally shattered. She could not understand why she was supposed to be a male and even more why she was supposed to date girls, but not be homosexual in the process.
Being unable to fulfill her dad’s impossible demand her father became furious and started physically abusing Cecilia. He grabbed her and broke her left wrist in the process.
Cecilia cried out in pain which angered her father more and he pushed her against the wall where a painting was hanging. Before he could place his hand over Cecilia’s mouth she fell through the painting behind her and disappeared.
Her father concluded that she must have been a witch and burned down his painting while Cecilia was still inside it. Her way out was now gone and she was trapped. After time passed her body started to alter and once it was fully made out of paint she used the wet paint to make herself an exit, which led to the residential area of Manta Carlos.
Her exit had been a discarded painting that resembled the one her father had pushed her through. Decided she would never return to him she broke the frame in half hoping that would make the entrance disappear. She left the discarded painting in the pile of garbage she found it in and started a new life in Manta Carlos.
