Cecete stands at 5'4'', but she has long limbs that lend themselves well to heels. She has an elongated frame that makes her figure appear rather thin. She has light colored skin. Her attributes are odd; her hair is wavy and orange-blonde. Her eyes are yellow with the slightest hit of green. It's unknown if these were the attributes she was born with or if she decidedly tweaked her normal form to include these colors. Her legs are very long and slender. Her waist is super thin, and her curves are prominent thanks to her waist. In reality, her breasts are probably a C cup and her butt and hips are decently sized. She has more hips than butt though.
Since coming back, her wardrobe consists of a mix of angelic and oriental. The floral patterns and skirts return in lighter pastels. She doesn't show as much skin anymore but isn't entirely covered up. Her heels are still in full force; no outfit is complete without a pair of befitting heels standing at least three inches. Her flower tattoo is still there, but it's enhanced with a pair of holy-looking butterfly wings fanning either side of it. It's also in all white instead of the red it was before. She wouldn't be able to explain where she got it from. Speaking of wings, she now sports a pair of angel wings that she can open up and retract at will.

Taking traits from her previous life, she remains one fierce warrior that'll gladly test her mettle against a challenge. She is calm and composed in most situations; her mind absorbs information quickly and pits her as a good listener. Curiosity drives her to learn more about things, and she shows signs of her past enthusiasm whenever she's confronted with something new. Despite her serene demeanor, she possesses a lot of energy; this energy is enough to chase down the most active kindergartner. Yes, even in heels.
The angel enjoys long flights, lovely beach weather, and fire. Something about fire brings her comfort and joy. Ideally like a campfire or a chimney; arson does not please her. The Queen desired safety for her daughter. However, soon she would reach adulthood and thus have the ability to make her own choices. Once she proved her might in a ritual fight to the death, she was permitted to leave her home.
This is how she ended up in Manta Carlos. Starting off as a simple canary breeder, she found a man by the name of Alex Drakenhardt. He arrived to her workplace looking for a pet. Though hesitant at first, she slowly became accustomed to him and even fell in love. The two of them shared a romantic interest and started dating. Not long after dating, Alex decided that Cecete was to be his queen. He proposed to her in a beautiful snowy setting surrounded by happy birds. She accepted his proposal. Their love also bridged an alliance between the royal dragons and the tribal kingdom.
Things were peaceful. The meeting of parents went well, and they had a lovely wedding. However, the young queen wanted more. She wanted to conceive a child. After careful deliberation and some attempts, Cecete was impregnated. The poor changeling suffered a rough pregnancy. As time went on, she found herself losing more energy. She became sickly and had trouble moving around. Her health deteriorated as she carried the baby to term, but she did her best to brave through it. She put on a tough demeanor throughout the process and kept her chin up.
...unfortunately, that wasn't enough to keep her alive.
Cecete died after childbirth. Going through labor proved too costly for her body. She left behind her husband and newborn daughter. The powers that be judged her spirit to be of moral character and led her into Heaven. There she was relieved of all pain and eased into forgetting her past life. A gradual memory block was placed on her mind. With this, she was happy....
....but not fully content. Her peaceful afterlife lacked meaning. Intent. The officials studied her files and her behavior. A fierce motherly warrior like her would never be happy idling for long. They decided to give her a babysitter role. Seeing how she excelled at it and made the child spirits happy, they promoted her to guardian angel. From there, she trained for several months and went to Earth repeatedly to help lost kids find their way out of danger. Right when she completed her training, she was deployed to Manta Carlos. Reasoning: There were a high number of cases involving supernatural children. Having an angel work to help these kids get to the island would lessen Heaven's workload and make life easier for both the school and the potential recruits.
Under the name Cecete Paradeisou, she joined the academy's scout division and completed several months of additional training. She passed the exam with flying colors and now works as a social worker for Starlight Academy. She alternates between office work and travelling to address situations in person. While work has been great, something about all of this has been gnawing at her....
Thanks to her best friend/wedding planner and her past husband, she now has a good chunk of her memory back. While some of it is still lost, she has been able to operate within the Drakenhardt clan once again.

- Shapeshifting: Cecete is capable of turning into anything comprehensible and using any passive or biological abilities it possesses. This means humanoids, animals, and not-so-humanoid creatures. However, she can't use any active abilities that aren't biological (I.E. She can fly and use poison bite, but she can't manipulate fire simply because she took on the appearance of a fire user). In addition, she cannot turn into Eldritch beings nor copy anything in relation to them because they fall under the incomprehensible category. If most minds can't make sense of it, she can't turn into it. This power has a ten minute cooldown; this means she can't shift to something else until she's spent ten minutes in whatever form she's in.
- Mimic: Cecete can copy a power if she sees it and understands it. Basic powers (I.E. Spray water from hands) are fine, but complex powers and abilities (I.E. Bloodbending) require further study. She is able to use one power set at a time. Anything beyond basic use of a power requires training and practice. If she swaps to a different power, then she loses all progress with the first power and has to retrain it. Retraining a previously held ability takes time; she needs at least several minutes and likely another demonstration to perform the basic spell again. The more complicated, the more training/retraining necessary. Eldritch-related powers are forever out of her reach. She can't use powers that affect the mind (I.E. Read thoughts, twist emotions) since she is not a psychic.

- Flying: She has angel wings now. She can fly. Whoo.
- Danger Sense: Cecete knows when something is wrong. She doesn't know what until she actually sees it, but she can feel it and figure out where it's coming from. This is limited to impending danger (I.E. Someone is about to get impaled by pipes) and does not address overall unease or heavy tension lingering in a place. It also only activates in mortal danger and not if a person is about to stub their toe. Its general radius is relatively local (I.E. Whatever floor of a building Cecete is in at the time) though it is notably stronger if a child is the subject of danger (I.E. Two floors up a child is about to fall out of a window). This condition doesn't stop until the situation is over.
- Holy Defense: Only active when Danger Sense is triggered. Cecete gets a regenerative aura that mends wounds and ailments quickly. Damage inflicted to her during this time gets healed soon after. She also has the option to transfer this ability to up to two people (If one person gets it, the effectiveness for her is halved) at the cost of losing it for herself. It ends once Danger Sense ends.
- Stop Dying Please: If Cecete dies, she reforms back in Heaven. The process takes a few days.

- I'm Weak To What?: Cecete adopts all weaknesses of whoever she transforms into until she changes back. If she turns into a vampire, then those sun rays are going to hurt.
