"i can shake but i won't shake your hand you snob." she said morphing back into a human and laying down on the ground. she sighed happily as the cool floor met her hot back."what a snob who does she think she is? god's gift to the world."alexia muttered under her breath, placing her hands behind her head as she stared up at the ceiling.

"I may be a snob, but you're the most impertinent young child I've ever met." She shrugged, putting her fingers to her open faced watch to check the time.

"I can still hear you," Veronica reminded the girl in a sing-songy voice, a wide smile crinkling her face. This girl was almost too easy to annoy... "Besides, I think I'm more of a gift to men then anything else." She tapped a finger on her lips in thought, finally shrugging and "Well, and some women. But I don't swing that way, so it's less of a gift and more of an ornament, don't you agree?"

"please do you really think i care?" alexia scoffed, shuddering slightly. closing her eyes she started to remember her past. again she shuddered and drifted off into a troubled sleep. she screamed and curled into a ball, shaking violently."NO DON'T TAKE ME" she cried out and started to twitch.

Veronica laughed lightly, sightless eyes twinkling behind her sunglasses. "You've lost." She announced gaily, bowing with a flourish, first towards the girl and then towards James, and addressing him: "I'm obviously mocking this younger girl, making her upset, yet you simply stand there and watch." Her head tilted to the side, and she scoffed. "How pathetic."

She turned, a wave over her shoulder and "My guess is she's having a flashback of sorts. If you comfort her now, you might still have a chance with the girl. Don't know why you'd even want one, but..."

She paused at the door, smiling lightly. "Oh, and feel free to start complaining about me the second I’m out of earshot." Another crinkling wave, and she was walking down the hallways, chewing on her lip and wondering if The Sunshine Café was open this late.
