Can I call you Red Bull?

Alma was up like a flash, having to slow herself down to follow behind Amalia instead of barreling ahead of her. When they were alone and Alma noticed that the cow parts were gone, she stopped and watched intently.

Then wings exploded from Amalia's back and Alma let out a small sound of surprise. "Yes! Those are perfect!" She was grinning, her tail flicking wildly back and forth.

"Ah, could I? I mean... okay, I'm getting ahead of myself here."

Alma paused and pressed her hands together. Taking a deep breath to calm herself, she nodded once. "Okay so, my basic idea is. I want them and I definitely want them to be permanent. But I want to surprise my boyfriends at the Masquerade. So they don't know it's me."

It was the best plan she had to actually fool the two of them and it had the added benefit of getting her wings back too. "And yeah! That's what I wanted to do actually. The wing cloak thing. Like Goliath. From Gargoyles..."

"That would be perfect! Thank you, you're a sweetheart Amalia." Alma seriously wanted to hug her right now. But that might be weird. No, it would definitely be weird. So Alma settled for a smile and sticking her hand out for a handshake. "It's a deal then, yeah? Would it be okay for us to trade phone numbers so we can call each other before the Masquerade?"

Alma grinned, her tail swishing happily behind her. She pulled out her phone and gave her phone number to Amalia and sent her a text as soon as she had her number as well.

"Thanks again, Amalia. You're the best. I probably need to get going, but I really appreciate the help. If you need anything, you can ask and I'll see what I can do."

Alma was a little confused for a second, but only a second. It still sometimes didn't occur to her that some people didn't have the same knowledge base that she did. She laughed just a little bit and nodded, "Sure! Let's do it."

Sliding over next to Amalia, she put her arm around the other girl's shoulder and gave a big, fanged smile for the camera alongside her.
