"Hilary" kept coming back with different IP's that would get around the ban, and the chat box we have now will only ban five IP's. So instead of deleting one, I just decided to get rid of it and get a new one...

That's crazy...that means she logged on 5 different cps...

not neccasry. Some people have whats called a rota. Which allows them to roate their IP, from as many as 2 to heck even 100

Well, I can, kind of... if we use a regular one, she could spam it up, but I'm looking into getting one that's password-protected. Since most of the boards can't be seen by banned members, I can post it on one of those boards for everyone else to see, and not 'Hilary'...

She could register with a new account, I know, but I think she's run out of e-mail addresses. Plus, if she hasn't made one already, I doubt that she will...
