By the Water

Lance was out strectching his wings. He didnt get to do that often, but today was one of those days he got to show off what his momma gave him! He saw the lake and swooped down by the water. His red wings looked like flames ontop the water. He saw the girl in the water and he got nervous, slipped up and crashed into the water. He poked his head out of the water and saw the girl over by the edge, "good job Mr. Graceful, you've really done it now." He buried his head in his hand and just kinda sank for a second.

He rose to the top again. His long black hair fell on his bare shoulders. (He didnt wear a shirt on the days he didnt have to go to school because he didnt want to tear a shirt when he went flying.) he started walking towardst the girl with his head down. "Yeah, ow, I'm fine, I have a killer head ache though..." he picked his hand up and held his head. He gradually walked up to her, his wings draping behind him in the water. He picked his head up and was eye level with the girl. He was about mid-thigh deep in the water. He looked up to the dark haired angel in awe. His blue eyes shimmered at the sight of her. His jaw dropped slightly as his cheeks turned rosey red in front of her.

"Oh..." he said softly. He looked down at the water to avoid her face.Picking his wings up out of the water he ruffled them a bit to shake the water out of them. He gazed into the water then he saw her reflection in the water and looked to the side. Wow, talk about embarassing he thought to himself. He was still very red in the face.

babs walked towards the lake her hands deep in her pockets and watches a female footbath. she sighs and closes her eyes and relaxed, suddenly she heard a crash and opened her eyes again looking at the dark haired buy with wings and the female that rushed towards him. she leaned against a tree with her shoulder and laughed.

babs stopped laughing and smirked "who gave you your flying license? Sir crash alot?"she snickers "just give me a sign when you gonna fly again so i can hide" She looked at lance and her shadow turned into a alrge panther before turning back to a shadow.

babs huffed "don't expect me to help ya carrie him" the panther apeared again and scratches it behind the ears "he did it to himself let him himself as well"she sat down and leaned against the trunk. She smiles a bit as the panther lays across her lap
