Welcome to the
Burn Bright! Bonfire and Barbeque
Come one, come all to the Burn Bright! Bonfire and Barbecue! Tonight we’re featuring live performances from a number of up-and-coming artists who have the talent to make it big but haven’t found that spotlight! Each band or artist will play their best three songs — and don’t worry! Worried about the genres? Chances are, it’ll be covered! 4B’s setlist features music from pop, country, alternative, rock, rap, electronic and so many more! Between groups, other short students will have a chance to shine as well, as breaks will include small performances from magicians, playwrights, poets, comedians and various other entertainers who want a shot at the spotlight.
At sunset, an event-wide break will be called to meet in the center of the beach. Here, partygoers will find a huge pile of logs, branches and other safe organic wastes, the majority of which having been collected from the Manta Carlos Beach Revival. This large pile will be lit as the sun dips below the horizon line at sea, lighting up the celebration for the rest of the night to come — though, of course, tiki lanterns and christmas lights will add to the glow
Food will be supplied at the Barbeque by gracious volunteers, but feel free to bring a dish to share. Meals will be standard cookout delicacies — kabobs, burgers, hotdogs, pasta salad, chips, and many others. Marshmallows, chocolate and graham crackers will be set aside on a specific table, complete with paper plates and roasting sticks. Vegetarian and vegan options will be provided. Alcohol will also be allowed, but only in moderation. Alcohol will not be served to minors under the age of 18.
The “Burn Bright! Bonfire and Barbecue” will last from 5 PM to 12 AM. Swimming will be allowed in well-lit areas, but only at a swimmer’s own discretion. Lifeguards will not be on duty. Admittance is $5 for minors, $8 for adults. Dress code is swimwear beneath something cool and casual, no need to get too dressed up. Shoes of some sort are mandatory, but partygoers can leave them by the entrance if they with.
The Rules:
1. No alcohol for residents under the legal drinking age. No marijuana and/or other drugs prohibited at all.
2. No weaponry.
3. Keep things tasteful or get yourself a private room. Flirting is allowed, but so is the attendance of minors.
4. No violence, destruction of property, etc, please
5. Have fun! :)
Remember: Vote Solomon Sage Sinclair for Treasurer!
Sincerely Yours,
Solomon Sage Sinclair

Sage grinned at himself, admiring his own handiwork. Of course, volunteers had played a massive role in setup and organization, but this had been his idea and Sage was proud. Already, people were having a good time, picking at food and dancing to the music. Meanwhile, said music was going very smoothly. Several of the musicians had already arrived, and they were doing even better than they had during rehearsals. The beach was still sparkling, the waves were still rolling, and the cool ocean breeze was a blessing. Yes, Sage was very impressed with himself. Everything was going well.
