Broen can store up to two powers at one time and manifest either of them, or both. If he manifests both, he operates as normal with each power set running at half strength. If he only manifests one power, he gets that power set at full potential and has the other power set suppressed completely.
It takes a full minute for him to change how he manifests his borrowed powers.
