Yuki nodded, pulling out both a box of paracetamol and a box of ibuprofen. "It's safe to take the two together, but paracetamol doesn't require a full stomach, so..." He didn't really get what was going on, but it sounded like he was safe? He was on his guard either way though, seeing as this was a situation where someone could get hurt - even if he was perfectly safe (apparently.)

Putting them into the person's hands, he began his initial assessment. She was conscious - good. They didn't look to be in danger, but apparently it was a dangerous situation... well, she didn't seem to have any desire to retreat, so he'd have to bear with it. Now began the physical assessment. A few minor scrapes and grazes he could treat, but bruised ribs not so much - and that's what he suspected she had, what with her current breathing pattern... he'd just have to allow...

A voice echoed in Yuki's head.
Sing.
The lyrics bubbled up to the surface of his mind, asserting themselves in his consciousness. He obeyed the voice, closing his eyes to concentrate.

"O brave warrior,
Thine heart be brave and true
O brave warrior,
I give the gift of life to you...

Thine wounds shalle healen quicker,
The flame of life shan't flicker
Pray carrye on thine fight
And fight darkness with light..."

As Yuki sang, the somewhat haunting yet beautiful melody echoed throughout the area. Matilda and Tilly (and anyone happening to overhear) would find their wounds regenerating at one and a half times their natural healing rate, lessening the pain of the wounds as they healed. In addition, they would feel their will to fight increased as Yuki's song spurred them on. The effects would end as Yuki's song ended.

Yuki opened his eyes slowly and uncertainly, not quite sure of what had just happened...

Well Diana was relieved with this medic person being here. She could worry less about Tilly's injuries and focus more on the fight....even if Frío was doing all the work. The monster was a lot bigger and tougher than her, so she really couldn't do much with her fist.

"Artillery? What you can throw your hammer around like Thor?"
Diana watched as the mouth on Tilly's hammer open up and started to fill with electricity. Diana wasn't exactly sure what was going to happen but she took that as a que for her to stand out of the way of the hammer.

Frío's cat and mouse style of attacking the monster was working well for the moment. He continously ran back and forth between the monsters legs knowing it was harder for the monster to hit him. When he saw whatever Tilly"s hammer was doing, he was definitely alerted. He quickly ran from the monster just before the blast was released so he wouldn't get caught up in it as well.

"YOUR HAMMER CAN DO THAT?" Diana shouted in pure excitement. Well if Tilly's hamner could shoot lighting bolts then they shouldn't have any problems with killing this thing. Diana was so hyped up at watching Tilly's hammer she didn't realize the medic guy was singing until just the very end.

"Were you just singing? That sounded kinda cool."

"Thanks, mate. Yer a lifesaver," she said, swallowing the bitter, powdered mixture of medicine with a grimace. It tasted bad, but that was just something she'd have to deal with.

Diana might have been distracted by the hammer and the lightning, but Tilly heard the singing. She felt her ribs tighten as the natural processes that healed her faster than normal kicked into overdrive. She felt better. More energized. Powerful. Diana's hype only helped her further. "Hell yeah me hammer can do that!"

She dropped a bit lower, widening her stance and taking Skelp in both hands. She still hurt, but she could do this. She'd have a cry and a lie down later, like always. But for the first time in her life, she had help. Her speech got faster, words running together in a mixture of genuine excitement and urgency. "Diana, can ye an' Frio 'elp me get closer t'the cunt? A wanna show'im a little Glasgow 'ospitality."

Yuki blushed a little, not used to being complemented on his singing. It wasn't something he liked to show off, especially since it was a way his powers tended to manifest. But...today's verse felt different. His hand naturally went to his pendant, but he found himself shocked to find it warm to the touch. It was...the jewel was shifting colours?! A rainbow of hues manifested in the gem before fading back to blue. Yuki didn't really get what was going on between the other two, but at least he knew he could help. Whatever he'd just done seemed to have helped Matilda get back into action, so he'd give it another go.

"I'll see if I can help out too!" He said, a strange crackling feeling like static electricity running through his veins. He felt strong. He felt quick. He felt unstoppable. Opening his mouth once more, he sang the same verse as before.

Diana wasn't super sure what the medic guy was doing but she could definitely feel some difference when he started singing. This guy was definitely fulfilling that bard role that the heroes usually have in fantasy stories. Everything that was happening right now was very close to the dreams Diana always had. If she was wearing some really extravagant ornate armor instead of her work clothes, she probably would be the happiest person alive.

"You want to get closer? Well I got an idea." Diana grinned at Matilda and then whistled at Frío. The giant wolf immeditally came full speed towards the group as it dodge a few swings from the monster. Frío skidded to a stop just in front of Diana and barked at her. "Okay! Frío are you feeling up to being Matilda's war-wolf?"

The wolf tilted his head to the side curiously and then let out a small whine. "What do you mean that's weird?! She needs to get closer and you ha-" Frío quickly barked at Diana. "Oh wooow. Look there is no need to be a drama queen about it. I'm sure Matilda knows how to ride a horse of something."

She glanced over to Matilda expecting some answer. "And it shouldn't matter. We got a monster to slay! Just let her hop on and lead. She's better at this than both of us." Frío let out another whine and then huffed, he was very much not liking this idea but was going to go with the plan anyway. He trotted over to Matilda and lowered himself so she could hop on. "Alright, Frío is ready for you to go. Just avoid tugging his hair to turn, he hates that."

Well Diana wasn't going to be anymore help if she was on Frío compared to just standing here. She guess she just stay here with the medic guy despite him not even needing protection.
Honestly....if she did get attack at least he will close by to help her.

Matilda only hesitated for a second when Frio knelt next to her so that she could climb on his back. She had never actually ridden a horse before, but she had ridden a motorcycle once. It had to be pretty similar...

She hoped.

With Yuki's song reinvigorating her once again, she mounted Frio and took Skelp in one hand like a polo mallet. Her excitement got the better of her and she yelled out rather loudly,

"Hell yeah! Let's kill this thing!"

And nearly fell off when Frio took off towards the monster. She grabbed on tight, yelping somewhat and clinging to his sides with her legs.

"Okay puppy, let's try an' no' toss me off. Least until we're close enough A can give 'im a good wallop."

They approached fast and low, lightning crackling all around the hammer. The monster swung at the two of them with its massive arm, and Tilly let go of the world's neck just in time to take her swing at the approaching limb.

There was a crack like thunder, or maybe dynamite as the hammer hit its mark and spit lightning all at the same time. The beast's arm cracked like glass, lines spider webbing all the way up until it started to fall apart.

The monster reeled back from the damage that it took, but Frio and Tilly weren't completely out of danger. The falling chunks of stone-like flesh were coming down and they were right in the path.

If things were different and they were fighting a monster, Frío would have thrown Tilly off for that comment.
Frío wasn't too concerned about the lightning, in fact he just ran as fast as he could and zigged zagged his way towards to the monster so it was for him and Tilly to get hit.
Then the monster attacked and Tilly swung her hammer.

From Diana's view this was like some anime level type shit. She might not be as involved in the fight as she wanted but just watching Frío and Tilly work together was good enough for her.
"Hell yeah! Fuck that arm!" Diana shouted loudly. She was definitely just being a cheerleader at this point.
However, the monster wasn't dead yet and it was still too early to celebrate.

Frío's goal was still to keep Tilly safe so that's what he was going to do. He hopped out of the way of the falling stone remains of the monsters arm and ran to keep his distance out of range of the monster's other arm. Frío continued circling the monster like it was injured prey. He was eager to just go attack it again but waited for instructions from Tilly. He stopped in his tracks and let out a few barks to taunt the monster some.

Tilly nearly fell again, but she was doing better at holding on now. She was confident that they could handle this, working together. It was just a matter of bringing the thing down to size.

"Okay Frio, get between its legs. You hit it with those badass claws and A'll smack it with Skelp. Just keep movin' so the fucker don't come down on top of us!"

Readying her hammer, Tilly braced herself for the expected rush of speed as Frio stopped circling to follow her orders. The monster was having difficulty turning around to face them, and so at least getting around and underneath it would be easy.

Once Frío got Tilly's instructions he acted fast. After quickly getting into the beast's blindspot, Frío dashed towards the uninjured leg. Frio immediatley started attacking the leg once they got close enough. He took one of his huge paws and swiped at the back side of the monster's leg. The claws dug deep and ripped through the monster's flesh but the open wound quickly frozen over. While it didn't fully freeze the leg, Frío aimed for behind the knee in hopes that Tilly's hammer was strong enough to damage the rest of it.

Frío repositioned himself so that Tilly was able to get a clean shot at the monster's knee. He also made sure not to directly stand infront or behind the monster just in case it actually fell.

Tilly let out a primal yell, loud and angry, as Skelp hit its mark. She and Frio leapt to safety as the creature's leg groaned and cracked like a tree breaking. It was an unpleasant sound, muffled only by the sound of the beast's bulk crashing down to the ground. It wasn't dead by any measure, but without its legs to help it stand and with only one arm it wasn't going to be as much of a threat.

The thing struggled, pushing with its one good arm to try and right itself and failing miserably. It was still dangerous, and the possibility existed that it could simply roll over and crush them. Tilly commanded Frio back over to Diana and Yuki's side.

She slid off of his back, using Skelp like a crutch as she panted and rubbed at her bruised ribs. "Fuck... this... cunt... makin' me... work..." She patted Frio's side though, giving him and the other two a tired, goofy smile. "Good doggo ye got here though, lass."
