The high places were Avatia's favorites when exploring the islands. Looking through things from the view of grounded citizens was nice and all, but it felt powerful and exciting to see things from above. She could see the sky, her classmates kicking a ball for fun, people going on walks, and she had a feeling she wasn't supposed to see the couples kissing intensely in shaded areas. If they didn't want to be seen though they should've hidden better, so they must have wanted someone to see them.
As she watched people go by with their business, she made notes of the more interesting things she saw. Sometimes she even drew cute little pictures to help her memory, but she wasn't the best of artists. In fact, some of her pictures bordered on stick figures. She did want to improve, but she didn't care if her art sucked as long as she understood what she drew in the future. Her drawings weren't meant to be professional anyways, just a way to enhance the notes she already took down. After a long while of just drawing and writing she founds herself bored and in need of something new to do though. Maybe now was the time for her to stop being the observer and to be.. the one who... interacts with those observed... Maybe not now though. She could wait a couple of minutes first... or hours... or days. Days actually seemed perfectly fine. She could keep watching and make sure she wouldn't mess up her introduction. Yes. That seemed perfect.
