I have been betrayed.

I just found out that my friend (who bought Twilight awhile back after I raved about it) had to stop halfway through because she thought it was boring!!! *slaps Rachel* Hehe...

I was sorely tempted to read Dragon Rider after I got done with Eragon, but then I found out that they had nothing to do with each other. I might read it one day, though...

What's on the shelf? A whole mess of Tamora Pierce books. My favorite quartet is The Immortals, followed by Tricksters (which is only two books). Tammy is an amazing fantasy writer, dudes and dudettes... :giggle:

I read Trickster's Choice and Dragon Rider. Dragon Rider is about talking animals and such, and they save the world with some kids. I don't remember, I didn't really like it.

I don't remember what Trickster's Choice was about because I read it like 3 years ago when I skipped pages at a time when I read.

I like the Left Behind series (reading right now.) and the Dragonlance Chronicles, those are some good books.

Books that made me cry:
Anne of Green Gables — The part where Marilla wouldn't let her go to the picnic... for some reason that made my cry right along with Anne. It was doubly weird...
Omg, I cried in that book as well, but that was a few years ago when I read it, and I think it was the part where that guy died or something...I can't remember, I have terrible memory.

The only Left Behind book I've read is the Kids series, the first book. But I did watch the movie they came out with a while back... It was really good.

Another book that I liked was The Naming by Alison Croggon, I believe. I've been trying to find the second book (It's the Pellinor Quartet), The Riddle, but I can't find it anywhere... Just don't read The Naming when you're hungry. I swear, there are page-long descriptions of FOOD... it's utterly insane.

Also, I love Avi's books. My favorite is probably The True Confessions of Charlotte Doyle. I read that book all the time. I love it! :giggle: <--and I love this smilie!

Ooh, I did the Naming and True Confessions of Charlotte Doyle for book reports. Love 'em!

I got So Yesterday by Scott Westerfield, Double Identity by Margaret Peterson Haddix, Do You Know the Monkey Man? by someone and Speak by someone else.

Grr... I want Double Identity so bad... I adore MPH, but none of my bookstores have it! Grrs...

Bartimaeus is getting really good. Unless Mr. Stroud does something really stupid, it'll go on my favorites list... :tophat:

I finished it, it was AWESOME. ^_^

Has anyone read Saffy's Angel, Indigo's Star, or Permanent Rose? They're really good.

What are they about? I need new books...

Just finished Speak. It was so depressing, I could barely stand it. SO good, though... Best quote: "May your Jell-O always wiggle..." hehe...

Just began Sabriel. Very unusual.
