Okay, this first one is basically rewriting his time stop ability. I'm removing his distance limiter, but adding in Aura affects, fixing immunity (Other Time manipulators will be appearing) as well as adding a new weakness related to his power.
The second one is for the divine Tournament.
Eli has the ability to alter the speed of time passing around himself to almost a standstill and is known as Timestop.
Auras would still affect him when he moves in range, and to everyones eyes, he would appear to flicker or teleport, depending on his distance.
During Timestop, everything is effectively frozen, but when he makes contact with an object or person, they become immune to its effect as long as Eli holds a physical contact, with the Exception of Water and other liquids, which remain solid. Most wouldn't notice it, but Beings that would always know the timestop occured ould be other people with a Timestop ability, Gods (not including Demi-), Time Travellers or Sentient Ai.
While he can easily control it mentally, when his heart rate is increased, he can accidentally activate it. Another issue with Timestop is that he cannot use Doors during this state, as the handle slips under his hand.
There is no set limit to the distance he can move, though he can only sustain it for 3 minutes before he gets a migraine. I addition, Eli pauses when hehe exits the Timestop. When this happens, he is unable to move any part of his body, though he is conscious of everything that happens to him.
The amount of time he pauses is proportional to the distance he travels from his starting point, though regardless of the distance, the cool down is always 10 seconds (See spoiler below for pausing times).

Elisa gains the ability to gain energy from the sun, lessening her need to sleep and eat during daylight hours if she has sunlight shining upon bare skin. Inversely, in darkened rooms or at night, her eating and sleeping patterns would remain unchanged and can starve if she doesn't eat during this time. This power has the additional effect of turning her blood green, which also gives her skin a subtle green tinge when she blushes.
