She smiled. So he was blind. COuld he read her mind. She had to try something.

Carry me.. please.. she thought, hoping he would hear it. She watched him, hesitantly. She was waiting for something, anyhting to happen, but she wasnt sure what to expect. She just smiled at him, even though he couldnt see it..

Kane chuckled. She'd figured it out pretty quickly, and had actually managed to get him to show an outward form of amusement. "Well, I'll admit, you caught on far more quickly than most.." he said, voice still toneless, but he was chuckling slightly as he scooped her up easily, bridal style. So he was scrawny, but weak he was definately not. He actually found her very light.

"But don't worry. I can only read what's on the very first level." he added, still smiling down at her. He started walking again, using his mind to sweep ahead of him, walking as carefully as possible so as not to jar her too much.

" Thats good." she said to him. She was so happy she finally had someone to talk to and he was hott AND sweety. She forgot how bad her foot hurt for a moment.

He stumbled a bit when her thoughts got around to his looks, but his face didn't change. He was just inwardly blushing. Awkward. That was... very awkward. He decided to try and shift her mind from him. "So why did they let you out alone? Don't take offense by this, but if your horse threw you that easily, they should have caught that before you left." he said calmly, peace just flowing from his voice, though he was carefully measuring each word to keep from rambling. Yes, things just got a bit awkward for him.

"I'm a great rider.. I am just too.. accident prone." she said, blushing brightly. She looked at him then sighed. Trust me.. Its usually much worse then just falling off a horse... she thought to herself, well to him. She didn't have the guts to say that, so she decided to think it instead.

Kane dipped his head in understanding. "I see. then it's probably a good think I'm carrying you, though I have been known to walk into trees." he said, voice still never changing, though the smile on his face made it a joke. (though he really did walk into trees when deep in thought)

"I suppose it would be wise for me not to walk in forests, but I enjoy it." he added, face returning to it's emotionless state. He was pleased, none-the-less to have successfully shifted her mind elsewhere.

"It would proboably be more likely for you to do that while Im here. I have an isue with that." she said, still blushing. At this moment she was glad he couldnt see her blushing. She hated the fact that she was so clumsy.. let alone ditzy and sorta stupid. Why'd she have to be like that? It so wasn't fair.
