Besom's Introduction Thread Partner

With my newest character Besom accepted, I'd like to seek out partners for a starter speed thread establishing them on the island!

This will begin immediately after they were thrown out of their home dimension onto Manta Carlos, lost and confused. I'm fine with them meeting a positive or negative influence, as long as the player is quick. At the beginning of the roleplay I'd like for there to be one or two replies a day at minimum, then things can get slower once there's a better idea of where the thread is going. I'd like to be able to play them elsewhere eventually and I don't want things dragged out.

I wouldn't be surprised if the thread led them to the school or governmental system and it ends there, but I figured there may be some twists and turns that could help me establish how Besom will view the island, its residents, and their safety there.

I don't have any specific ideas for how things should go in the thread. Right now, Besom is scared, alone, and they don't want anyone to take their broom and force them into servitude. They'll be extremely wary of anyone who approaches them or they approach. If you have ideas on how your character will bounce off with my character down below and I'll choose whoever I feel will give the best interaction.

I can offer Adelaida. She explores enough of the island to run into someone who just randomly spawns in, and maybe she can fish her out of the ocean on one of her trips out on the rowboat.

As for interaction, I think Adelaida would be encouraging of reckless following of urges and push Besom into the direction of becoming a free spirit. After all, Adelaida lives for those moments. Rather than take her to the school, or to the local government, she's likelier to just take her on a walk around town and let her come to her own conclusions.

@foggydoggy My excitement for Besom is high right now, so, sure! I could have Besom literally drop into the ocean and have Adelaida fish them out. I also wanted to do a rumor following Besom's appearance, something vague like a large portal opening over the ocean and a figuring falling out, then the portal closing.

I'm perfectly fine with that arrangement. The rest, I think, will play out naturally as we RP it out.
