William couldn't figure out what she was referring to. He tried to think back to any wars that occurred demons hunted down angels, but he couldn't think of any. Perhaps he had missed one, but he was fairly certain that all wars on Earth had been between humans of different nations, and even some of the same nation with different ideals.

It was then apparent to him that she was not from this world, though it should have been apparent before.

"Things are much different here on Earth," he said. "I can tell you that much. You don't really have to worry about being spotted, because things are usually fairly calm."

"That's a relief to hear." Alright, calming times are good. Not having to worry about being attacked at any moment was definitely a step up. It was actually quite a relief, and this was going to be a breath of fresh air for her.

"Maybe being sent to this world was a good thing. Start a new life, and not have to see a whole lot of death." She nodded, smiling as she did. This was going to be quite exciting, she just knew it. The new life.... "So, what should I do then?"

The girl seemed to be extremely relieved by William's words. It only made him all the more curious about her past, but once again, he held off on any questions. He didn't want to seem invasive or insensitive.

The question she asked caught him completely off guard. Will contemplated what his response would be for a few seconds. "Well, what have you done so far?" he asked. She seemed to have a much different impression of how the world would work and, although he barely knew her, he wanted to make sure she was going in the right direction with her new life.

"What have I done so far...?" That was a really good question. What has she done so far...? "Well, I healed people, was sent here, helped a little girl who was drowning, and saw you. That's an accurate summary of my life."

Sora stretched a bit, laying down in the grass. At this point, her white dress was getting a bit dirty. She'd have to wash it at some point. "Most of it happened over quite a long period of time, obviously. And I never met a kid before, I just heard stories. They are quite lovely."

William hummed as he listened, and was quite surprised to hear how short the list was. His first thought was that she had led quite an uneventful life, but them he remembered that she had just talked about running through battlefields and dodging super crazy weapons, so that couldn't have been the case.

He released a sigh. "Well," he began. "You can start by getting a job. I'm pretty sure there are a lot of those around here."

He looked down, subconsciously running his hands along the blades of grass. It was after a few seconds that he realized something. "I'm sorry, but I never even bothered to ask you your name," he said. He could've smacked himself for not asking sooner. "My name is William."

Sora nodded, but was a bit confused. She could get a job, but the question is what kind of job should she get. She basically only knew about war and stuff like that. Well, there had to be some interesting job she could do, right? Eh, she'd probably find one.

"Oh, my name is Sora. It's a pleasure too meet you William. And I guess a job would be a good start. Now I just need to find one that would be good for me." Wonder what kind of jobs they do have here? Maybe the two of them could go together at some point.

William had met a fair assortment of people with interesting names, and Sora seemed like a fairly normal one. He smiled to himself. "Sora, huh?" he said absentmindedly. "That's a nice name. I think it suits you well."

Will stretched his legs, and then his back, causing any tension that was in his muscles to disappear. He could've fallen asleep right then and there if it wasn't for the fact that he had company, and it would feel twice as rude to ignore an angel. "So... what are you good at? Other than, you know, healing."

As if to emphasize that point, Will suddenly stood up. Sure enough, there was no more trace of his previous headache. "But seriously, you're really good at healing," he noted. "I don't think I've properly thanked you yet. So, thank you.

Sora nodded, standing up with him. "Thank you~ I chose this name cause it was similar to my old name. And it was one that fit with the human language pretty well." Sora flipped around, showing off really all the energy pent up in her. It was so nice too see him happy. And of course her healing abilities managed to come through to this world pretty well. Always a great thing to know, as the last person couldn't exactly talk to her about it.

"And of course you are welcome. As to what I can do, I don't honestly know. I can dodge lasers and explosions pretty well. But I don't know how that is going to help me here. I guess I'm patient with people." She flipped sightly, basically sitting like she was on a chair in the air.

William tried to pretend like he wasn't impressed by Sora's antics, but he couldn't find it in himself to not be. A small smile appeared on his face. She had energy equivalent to that of a child, and Will found himself quite jealous about that.

"Hm...." He leaned back against the tree, trying to think of any possible options. After nearly a minute, he came up with something that he felt should have been obvious long ago. "Maybe you could be a nurse, or a doctor, or something," he suggested. "Not only are you good at healing, but you said yourself that you're patient with people."

Will felt like a pun could have been inserted here, but he decided against. "I mean, I'm not sure what the qualifications are for being a nurse or a doctor are, but I think it would be good for you."

Sora nodded, floating over to him. "Okay, that's a good place to start. And I guess I was kind of born with that role. Though it would be fun to explore some different options. I did the whole healing other people thing already. Not that I don't want to help others, but I want to do it in a different way."

She turned her body, laying down in the middle of the air. However, she still made sure to stay at eye level with William. "Got any other ideas maybe? There's probably something out there that could be fun, right?"
