Name: Auris Hilliar. (God of War, War).
Age: 300+
Birthday: September 29th.
Gender: Male; he/him.
Species: God of War.
Category: Citizen.
Career: Unemployed.
Appearance Description:
Auris' build doesn't strike as intimidating when someone looks at him. He stands at 5'9, and usually walks with a slouch or hunched shoulders so he doesn't even carry himself bigger than he is. But he also doesn't really present himself as smaller. On top of this, he's got a decently average build but is definitely toned. Entire left arm, plus shoulder, is a dark grey metallic robot arm.
He has paler skin and sometimes even looks sickly even though he isn't actually sick. Only tans a little during the summer, but will still look pretty pale and/or sickly. Has small scars littered all across his body, particularly his neck and right arm. At the part of his body where his arm is connected, the skin is darker and shows signs of scarring.
Auris has short, very messy black hair. Styled just enough so it doesn't get in the way of his face, but that's pretty much it. Sometimes looks like he hasn't washed it. Has some stubble.
Auris has very plain, dull, grey eyes. The peculiar thing with them likely is how dull they appear to look, almost like the life had been taken from them.
Although he could be wearing a lot of different clothes, Auris typically wears the exact same kind of clothing no matter the weather, conditions or situation. This being a tank top and jogging bottoms. The jogging bottoms are almost always black, with the tank top being a variety of colours as long as they're darker colours. Shoes change a decent amount, but are usually boots or trainers. Does own a black hoodie for if he really has to wear one. Clothes usually look like they haven’t been washed for a while.
Personality Description: Auris is a variable one, where he can shift from extremes in the blink of an eye. Typically, though, Auris acts tough. On the outside, he seems very arrogant and sure of himself. He talks big, acts rude towards people, and is extremely selfish. However, on the inside, only the selfish part of true. At least it isn't extreme. Auris puts on an act of arrogance to make people believe he's talking big, all bark no bite. When Auris wants to be, he can actually be pretty smart and strategic. He knows how to use anything to a good use in a situation. However, he doesn't choose to do this and is instead very loud and reckless.
Overall, acts arrogant, rude, loud and reckless.
Requires a lot of time to befriend, but once you do then good luck trying to get rid of him.
Active Abilities: Critical Mark - Auris is able to create a ‘critical mark’ on an object or being. The mark can be placed on any location provided Auris can see it. A dimly glowing light will appear at the spot for the mark. On a regular object, the mark will appear. If anything strikes this object, be it physical or magic, melee or ranged, the amount of damage inflicted on that spot will be considerably amplified. A regular human could destroy a wall if a mark was placed on it. Anyone and anything can hit a mark.
On a living/sapient being, the mark functions a little differently. It keeps the function of increasing the damage regardless of what hits the mark. However, while objects can have the damage from the mark decreased from magic or resistances, on a living/sapient being the mark ignores this. When something strikes the mark, it will ignore resistances and immunities that the being may have. For example, someone has a fire immunity. A critical mark is placed on them, then they are hit by a fire attack. This immunity they have is ignored.
Critical marks can only be applied once per person/object a day. 24 hours after the mark vanishes, a mark can be placed on the same person again. The mark only lasts one minute, and there is no guaranteed hit. Additionally, for every mark that exists, a critical mark will also exist on Auris. It glows and functions the exact same. It will last as long as the other mark exists. It also stacks. If Auris places a mark on five separate people, he will have five marks on him.
Passive Abilities: Immortal - Auris has stopped aging and will not die due to natural causes (poisons still work, can still die from starvation or exposure). Even if he dies, he will have fully healed and revived after 2 days. This will only work if Auris’ condition is met.
God Presence - Auris has a type of aura that has one very simple function. It makes people within comfortable speaking distance of Auris feel like they cannot match Auris. It’s somewhat like intimidation, but it’s a simple acknowledgement. Happens regardless of if they actually could match him or not.
Unmatched - For someone with a lot of strength like Auris, strength adaptation powers that make the user as strong or stronger than their opponent would be a big issue. Auris technically has two different strengths, one of them is redundant but surprisingly useful now. His mortal strength, and his god strength. Adaptation powers would only be able to match his mortal strength, not his god strength. It would still hit like a truck (Auris was able to lift 650kg, but able to punch someone through a couple walls).
God Physique - As a god, it’s quite obvious Auris gets some physical bonus. Although, his endurance is similar to a human and he’s only a bit faster than an average human (his top speed being around 28mph). However, his reflexes and reaction times are faster than the average human. He takes damage the exact same as a human, aside from his left arm which is basically fully armoured, he doesn’t have a regenerative factor. But what he does have is raw physical strength. Overall, he is able to lift 4500kg. His left arm alone can lift 3000kg. Is able to hold himself back though.
Able to feel stuff like a regular human with his robot arm.
Weaknesses: War God’s Condition - Every Terran god has to follow a condition to maintain their ‘true form’ in the mortal realm. Auris’ condition states that if Auris is ever to fight another being, he must fight a being who can match him, to stand as an equal. This usually means having similar strength to himself. Fighting someone meeting this condition is perfectly fine. Fighting someone even stronger than himself is also fine. Fighting someone weaker, however, causes issues. During the fight, he’ll experience waves of nausea that’ll persist for a maximum of 4 hours after the fight. Constantly fighting beings weaker than himself will continue making Auris gradually get sick, weaker and more exhausted. If he fights a consecutive 10 people who are weaker than himself, he’ll become sick to a point that it will become possible for him to die. Any more fights after that pretty much guarantees it. Fighting more than one being at the same time who count as being weaker than himself will cause it to stack.
Binding Words - Auris was somewhat banished, and the kind of magic required to restrain and even banish a god would be considerable. This left a side effect. Speaking one of three certain phrases will cause glowing chains to immediately appear and bind Auris, bringing him to his knees. His mouth will be bound so he is unable to speak. Auris cannot break or escape from the chains on his own, as they negate all his powers. He can be bound by anyone, as long as they speak the phrase and Auris hears the phrase. Auris can also be released. If he is not released, the chains will naturally disappear after a certain amount of time, dependent on which phrase is used.
The phrases are as follows, with natural release time also being stated: “God of War, I bind you.” Will naturally release after 3 days.
“Auris Hilliar, I bind you.” Will naturally release after 5 days.
“Seventh Hero, I bind you.” Will naturally release after 7 days.
The release version is the exact same beginning, but ends with “I release you.”
He can, indeed, be chain bound (so as soon as he is released, he gets chained again).
Common Magical Items: None.
Resources: Lives alone in a cheap apartment. Currently not earning any money.
Additional Information: Knows some basic mechanics to maintain his arm.

Auris was not born a god. Rather, he was born a human. Albeit a genetically modified super soldier human. Auris was genetically modified before he was born that meant he grew very rapidly. It made him slightly faster than a human but, more importantly, much stronger. He stayed with the organisation that created him for his entire life, until chronologically around 9 but physically already around 17. The organisation were moving onto bigger and greater things, and they had no need for the genetically modified soldiers they had created.
Each soldier was given a name, some money, then released into the world. With little surprise to no one, unleashing genetically modified soldiers who were never raised in society brought up issues. This prompted the organisation to either re-recruit promising soldiers, and eliminate those who weren’t promising or a threat. Auris was categorised as a threat, due to being a bit more of an unusual soldier due to his incredible strength and strategy.
Auris had been drinking alcohol since before he left, just used to be something him and his friends did for fun after missions. After he essentially got fired, he drank alone. It changed from something he did for fun occasionally to being a support for him, to hide the stress he felt.
He attempted to have a job several times, but lost any he got within a couple weeks. This only added to the problem he started to develop. He started to borrow money, to pay for more alcohol, and went into debt. Eventually, he enlisted as a Terran mercenary. A job that meant an easy death, but great rewards. As a new mercenary, Auris started slow and he wasn’t going to be able to pay his debt. During this time, he also tried some drugs out of curiosity but now also lost money to it because it took his mind away from his worries. Even after Auris managed to break from being a new mercenary, he was rarely hired. He had a tendency of being loud and unsubtle, couldn’t obtain objects intact, or capture people alive. All he was good for was killing and destroying things.
Then, Auris met a woman. He was almost love struck right away, but was initially wary. That quickly faded, as she helped him pay his debts and get more jobs. They worked together for months, before finally they started dating. Auris felt happy, and even felt like he could drop the habits he picked up. For her.
All goods things must come to an end. Once again, she gave Auris a job as recommendation. Once again, he took it because he trusted her. The woman worked for the organisation that now intended to kill Auris, and the entire job was a setup. Auris arrived and was almost killed several times but he kept enduring. Deep down he knew that she betrayed him, but he didn’t admit it. That was until finally, she appeared before him, well, above him. She stood on a platform, looked down at Auris with disgust, and released an explosive. Auris barely managed to get away, and only did so with a cost.
He lost his entire left arm, his dominant side.
Auris once again sank into alcohol and drugs. What previously was used to help him try and deal with stress was now entirely used to suppress his sorrow and anger. He remained a mercenary, it was all he could do. He rarely got jobs, due to the fact he couldn’t fight well with one arm. He still had a reputation of being destructive and loud. His debts only grew ever larger.
That was until a certain group came along. They gave a simple offer. They would get Auris into an underground prosthetic surgery, and they would assist in paying his debts. On top of this, what they requested Auris to do should’ve been hard but it was easy for him to accept. It was to kill the person he thought loved him, and steal some information.
The surgery would be his payment in advance, while the debt payment would be if he was successful. Auris accepted immediately. The surgery was a success. Auris now had two arms again, and a burning hatred. The mission went smoothly, and he killed her with little hiestation. He returned with what was requested, and his debts started being paid off.
This essentially paved the way for Auris to become one of the top ten ranked mercenaries. The group backed him with helping pay for medical bills since he got injured a lot, plus maintained his arm. Auris still drank and used drugs, and spent less time sober than not sober. Auris was previously known for being smart and tactical. Auris was currently known for being loud and excessive. He knew that he would be so much more effective sober, but a part of him is afraid that if he fought while sober once again, he would feel pain again...
Over time, Auris’ rank as a mercenary grew. He reached the spot as the seventh ranked mercenary, with 6 others being above him. He was content with this. He received a lot of money, got all that he wanted. Everything was fine.
Until, a certain prophecy came around. Failure meant the end of their world, and Auris kinda liked the world he lived on. The whole thing made him bond with other people which made him sentimental and slightly less selfish. But some of his friends died. It hurt him. When him and two of his friends got captured by their enemy, he swore he’d save them. The ones who captured them were gods, and they were going to summon the God of War to take one of their bodies.
Auris volunteered himself. Partly because he wanted his friends to live, knowing the process could kill him. But also believing in a rumour that a god’s soul could merge with a mortal’s, and the mortal becomes a god. Auris aimed to take that power.
He succeeded. Somewhat. Auris indeed became the God of War, but it resulted in his soul and War’s soul to merge. They became one and the same, with their memories and personalities being incoherently combined. Thankfully, the pair were similar personality wise and both already experienced a lot of pain. It meant the process was quite seamless.
One of the friends Auris was captured with died. Him and the rest of his friends killed the bad guys, and he never told them he had become a god. When years had passed and Auris knew his friends would start to suspect his lack of aging, Auris faked his own death. That was what the world believed, that the seventh hero was dead for 300 years. The prophecy came about again, Auris was once again the seventh hero. But he did not help, at all. This ultimately resulted in the deaths of many.
Auris continued to live his life. But people conspired in secret to banish Auris. They just had to wait for a certain time. It required time to gather the magic necessary, to bind a god then banish him from the world. They waited for when the line between worlds was so very thin, then they went into action. They used powerful magic to bind Auris then cast him out.
It took 7 years. Auris was somewhat in an unconscious state for 7 years, before he finally and suddenly appeared on the island.
Promptly after arriving, he caused a scene which resulted in injuries and damage to the surrounding area. He was arrested, then made to stay in the islets for two weeks. Upon leaving, he was required to wear an enforced nullification bracelet for 2 months.
