Personality Description: Thatch tends to cold yet polite, very much a gentleman ice king. Hes a realist, looks at the world in a shades of grey, believing that morality would have kept him from protecting his country but hes began doubting that. Originally very suspicious of meta-humans and the supernatural, Aedan getting powers has caused him to rethink that belief. He does care for people, and suffers from guilt of causing the death of his only family.
Powers: Carries a amulet that shield user from magic. Has a sidearm loaded with magic bullets that nullify healing abilities.

Biography: Augustas is a hugh ranking British general who was normally in charge of dealing with the meta-human/supernatural incidents in Europe. He disowned his daughter Anya when she married Jacobi Drago (who he considered a foolish dreamer), however years latter he took an interest in Jacobi's work as it had potential for super soldier application. Ultimately he asked Jacobi to act as a agent for the military and enter a underground military group as there spy. It ultimately led to the destruction of Jacobi and his family. Two years latter, when he discovers his grandson alive and with powers, he sends him to SA. Now officially retired, he's moved the island, and hopes to build a relationship with Aedan.
Additional Information: Occasionally uses a cane when his old war wound is sore. Shares Aedan's love of spicy foods and tea.
