Aedes was sitting alone on a school bench after school hours, busy on her phone as she takes shade under one of the school trees, with her black umbrella just next to her. In one hand, a smartphone that lights up her face. In the other, a plastic pouch filled with deep red blood that she sips one through a long straw. At this very moment, she only seems preoccupied with whatever was being flashed on her phone screen and not much else.

Avna had been exploring the school every chance he got, he wanted to see it all. The young demon wanted to explore every magical corner of the school and the island. So he'd walk bye humming, glancing about when he noticed the small pretty vampire girl.

"Hello there~"h'ed say, smiling and leaning over as he spoke to her. "Dont think we've met," he'd till his head curiously, briefly glancing at the phone. "I'm Avnas'lividus, call me Avna."

He'd lean back, standing straight again, his tail swaying behind him. "I'm new, so just been exploring the school."

Aedes paused mid-swipe on her phone, then rolled her eyes up to look past her screen to find some boy striking up a conversation with her. Randomly. There was pungent silence hovering in the air between the two, only broken when Aedes sucks the blood pouch dry. Feeling generous, Aedes had the curtsy to place her phone on her lap and the empty blood pouch aside to give the demon boy her attention.

"Well I know I haven't meet you. Anyway... I'm Aedes, sort of big deal around here. Now that we met, you can go off exploring the rest of the school now." spoke up Aedes dismissively, returning her gaze back to her phone once again.

"Aedes," he'd repeat the name thoughtfully, he had a vague recollection of someone mentioning that name. "But its gotten boring exploring by myself," usually he'd be with his sibling, but they were busy with something else.

His tail would slowly sway behind him as they spoke. "What about you?" he'd ask curiously, "if you're a big thing, then you should know your way around."

The demon would smile. "If you give me a little tour I'll owe you big time."

There was smirk forming on Aedes lips. She had not planned to help this kid but the way he stroked her ego made her more... amicable to giving him a tour. Plus she could really take advantage of that favor.

"Mhmmm... well when you put it that way..." Aedes powers down her phone and hops onto her feet "Alright new kid. Like you said, I'm a big deal so I know my way around this place. So stick close to me and you will be okey. Just remember that you owe me big. Now did you somewhere in particular you needed to see or just show you around?"

The demon would smile when the girl hopped up, perhaps he was making his first friend. "Don't worry I'll pay you back," he had no idea what favor she'd ask for but he also didn't really care at the moment.

"Just showing me around works," he'd say with a grin, "I've seen the boring stuff, cafeteria and all that." Honestly he was hoping the school had more to offer than just the basic school stuff, he heard even normie schools had that.

"What's some of your favorite spots in the school?"

"Hrmmmph... just want to see the more exciting places huh?" thoughtfully spoke up Aedes as she opens up her over sized umbrella. There were all sorts of places she was thinking of snooping around in buuutttt... there were a couple of more isolated places she liked to go to when she wanted some me time.

"I have a few spots but how about we start with the rooftops? From there I can point out all of the best places. Normally I would just fly up there but... I would fry under this sun. Ughh..." complained Aedes, who hides under the shade of her umbrella as she leaves the safety of tree cover.
