Tall for her age and sex, Aspen boasts a lean physique with a rather compact muscular system. She is uncharacteristically strong for any human, but her agility and stamina are what excel. If not for the considerable mass of her breasts (which she absolutely despises) and delicacy to her features, it would be easy to compare her figure to a male's of the same age.
Much akin to her father, Aspen's hair and irises are nearly identical to his in both hue and vigor. The difference lies only in the shoulder length of her locks, and the child-like largeness of her eyes. Her tresses are as rich and dark chocolate as Jude's (save for the natural white streaks that frame her face due to POLIOSIS), but her olive eyes at first glance are seemingly much more welcome to conversation. It's imperative to note that this is not at all the case, and it would likely be detrimental to those who fall victim to such a misinformed assumption. Beware of dog.
Aside from the issue of having the exact opposite problem of "Resting Bitch Face Syndrome", Aspen's top and bottom cuspids are considerably sharper than the average, poking out just barely when she smiles. Despite all of her warm fuzzies, this girl has quite the sadistic smirk -- one that she undoubtedly inherited from her paternal lineage.
As far as scars go, there is a bald patch on the back of her head, noticeable only when the surrounding hair is pulled away. It is about the size of a golf ball, received when she was scalped as a child. On her back, there is a deep six inch long scar reminding Aspen of the time her right kidney was stolen.
Though not promptly spotted from the unbarred effort of this fair young lady, her neck is brutally disfigured, with a similar calamity indenting her right calf. These are the result of her twin clamping his hellhound maw into her flesh. It was a fun time for all parties.
The rest of Aspen's scars are here and there, some sickeningly fresh, while others are old and faded. Another notable imperfection is the crookedness of her nose, and the way it looks to almost have a seam from one side to the other... As if it had nearly been bitten off... Because it had been... Also by her brother. He seems to find her tasty.
Most other scars are covered by the copious layers of black clothing the teen wears. Her style can only be described by what is known as "punk" or "emo", with spikes and leather and plenty of angst. This is done to deter anybody from potentially approaching her, because she doesn't want to FUCKING TALK TO ANYONE.
Anyway. Still being considered a puppy, her HELLHOUND form is akin to the size of a Great Dane, but much less scrawny. She is clearly built for running and dragging, but is not entirely lacking in muscle to make her a formidable opponent in a fight of brute force and tact. She still a lil scrawny, doe.
Her scaly flesh is a remarkably dark green, appearing black in roughly all lighting. There are stretches of skin that are a luminescent green, their positioning mimicking cracks of magma that split the Earth's crust both in radiance and length. Her four eyes are a vacant, ominous white and emerald. The bottom set, the white ones, also glow in the dark. It's p rad.
Aspen's tail is slightly longer than her body, and is very good for whipping and/or stabbing. Her teeth are also very good at stabbing, being long and jagged and razor sharp. Basically, Aspen is just really really good at stabbing. It's probably a good thing, maybe.
Aspen is domineering. She wants constant control and will hold it with an iron fist, simply because it's pleasurable to watch others follow her orders, and it's a dire need in her whirlwind mind to have complete order. However, she takes direction for her betterment from others shockingly well. This is largely why she is an aspiring policewoman. That, and because she genuinely enjoys helping people. It also makes covering up the times she can't completely contain her urges much easier, so... It's bittersweet.
Her personality is difficult to pinpoint. She is two people in one. She will often "split", as she calls it, mid-conversation between her heavenbeast half and hellhound half. It's like there is an alternate ego in her brain that is constantly fighting for control, mostly because that is exactly what is happening. The times Aspen is rampaging, or compulsively cleaning, are almost always out of her hands. She knows what she says or does is wrong, but she physically cannot stop herself from doing her worst, anyway.
Needless to say, both parts of the girl like to watch people struggle... Just to a much lesser degree on her good splits. In fact, she enjoys helping others much more than she does seeing their struggle during the good splits. As mentioned, takes direction well and wants only to be a good person, which leads to self harm in different ways, because Aspen feels she deserves it as punishment for the "bad" splits.
It depends on the day, the circumstance, and how much of the soul she and her twin share is within her corpus, what Aspen a newcomer is destined to meet. As long as the fresh meat can keep their hands off of the girl, and poses no immediate or foreseeable threat to her or her family, Aspen is likely to manage to be at least a semi-decent human being to interact with. Likely.
• WARM AURA Contrast to her brother's fear aura, Aspen emits a "welcoming" aura that encourages humans/humanoids to approach her, while emitting a dread aura to animals. Animals attack her a-fucking-lot.
• TELEKINESIS Exactly what it sounds like. She can telekinetically move/manipulate what she can physically alter, though depending on how clear/unclear her mind is that moment, she may be able to lift slightly more or slightly less than her physical boundaries.
• TELEPATHY She is capable of speaking into the minds of others, and sensing when their words are truthful or deceptive. She cannot read thoughts. She can also "speak/converse" with animals like her brother.
• DEMI-SHIFTING An ability she is far from mastering, Aspen can select single body parts to morph into any animal her mother can become, but is unable to shift into any complete alternate body but her hellhound form. She doesn't have the accidental shifting that her brother does, but this takes more focus for her to execute than she is generally capable of exuding.
• GENTLE AURA When her emotions are in check, she is capable of laying a blanket of serenity on those in her presence. How much this blanket works depends on the person and their stress-level, as well as how calm Aspen can keep herself.
• LIGHT MANIPULATION Aspen is able to use the light to heal minor wounds of others with pure souls. She can also do fun things like be a human torch and make rainbows and shit.
• BONDING All heavenbeasts create a bond over time with the closest willing soul to theirs. This means that they will feel each other's physical and emotional pain, which intensifies the greater the physical distance between them. It means that their souls pseudo-interlock to become one entity while maintaining separate forms. The soul-bonder generally has to follow the orders of the soul-bearer, and the bonder tends to take on the characteristics of the bearer. The closer person A is to death, the more their soul enters the person B, and vice versa. Should person A die, person B will take on the entirety of both souls. This means that they are able to locate person A and, through a seven day process beginning on Sunday and ending on Saturday, with biblical scripture being recited among other ritual activities, person B will be able to return to person A their soul, reviving them into their physical state shortly before death. This works both ways. However, should person B die before they can return the soul to person A, then both are permanently dead and the soul is returned to its respectful Hell/Heaven. In the case of Garm and Aspen, being that they share two halves of a whole soul already, they are both soul-bearers and soul-bonders. The twin with more of their shared soul is able to command the other around. Should they own equal parts of the soul, it essentially cancels this out.

HELLHOUND ABILITIES
• HELLHOUND FORM Aspen is able to shift into a hellhound, as shown above. This is another ability she has yet to fully master, and she chooses to keep it this way.
• REJUVENATION Though she feels pain the way a human would, her injuries heal within minutes after the threat is removed. So, a stab wound will only heal if the knife is taken out. She can still be "killed" (see BONDING above) or incapacitated as a human can be (except for disease/bacteria).
• FIRE Bearing a pseudo-immunity to fire, Aspen can also create flames over her hands or other body parts. She cannot make fireballs, or really do anything other than set parts of herself on fire. She doesn't generally do this, because overexposure to flame or heat will eventually begin to hurt. It takes awhile, but it's more fucking annoying than she cares for.
• STRENGTH While blatantly stronger than any human of her same muscular stature, she is nowhere near considered strong by hellhound standards. Basically, her brother can kick her ass in brute force.
• AGILITY What this young lady lacks in strength, however, she makes up for in precision and speed. She is exceptionally quick in both forms, with immaculate aim and steady hands.
