Name: Ash Coleman (Legal MC Name) Ashelios (Xerosian Name)
Age: 16
Birthday: June 1st
Gender: Male
Species: Xerosian
Category: Student
Class: High School
Grade: Sophmore

Human Body: 5'10, strong athletic build, skin has a light tan, has blonde hair, eyes are a deep reddish amber color, usually wears casual clothing, jeans and t-shirts with a green coat when needed. His look becomes semi variable when in the Astral Plane.

Ash could be labeled a rebel, this rebellious side was caused by him growing up an orphan, more or less abandoned by his absentee father and having never known his mother who died bringing him into the world, he grew up feeling unwanted, and dealing with bullies all his life has left him with a zero tolerance for people's bs, he'll fight if needed, and he has a distrust of authority figures, and in general has a very loose view on rules, he doesn't go out of his way to break them, but will if he sees fit too. Despite all this, he's actually a really good guy, he's generally friendly, fun to be around and helpful when he can be, with a good sense of adventure and if you'll take the time to get to know him, you'll find he's quite the scholar, he's highly intelligent, does great in most classes and excels at learning new things, this is a side very few in his home has seen as they mainly saw him as a trouble maker, causing him to ironically hide this side of him, he's hopingto use his time at Starlight to better show this side.

Dream Walker: Ash is a dream walker and so is able to enter people's dreams/nightmares. By doing this he can interact with them in various ways. He can act as a sort of guide in one way or another, leading them toward things that can either turn a nightmare into a pleasant dream or a pleasant dream into a nightmare. How he guides them depends on the purpose and the cause of the nightmare/dream, often he'd lead them to pieces of memories which will trigger the changes. If he chooses not to change anything, then he can just spend time with the person in the dream.
His Dream: He's also able to draw people into and share his dreams with them, unlike most people, his dreams are always lucid and under his comply control.
He must himself sleep while doing either.
Weaknesses/Limits:
•Range: The person needs to be within twenty feet
•Consent: While the person doesn't have to give consent for him to enter a dream/nightmare, it does make things easier, for without consent the person's mind may view him as a hostile element and attack him. Hoaever, he needs consent to pulls someone into his own dream.
•Memory: They will always remember the dream/nightmare.
•Damage: If his attempt to guide people from nightmare to dream or vice versa fails, it can cause psychological emotional damage. The severity of the damage varies greatly and depends on the dreams and the nightmares and the mental strength of the person if there resisting.

Mind Powers:
•Telepathy: Able to read minds and communicate via the telepathic link. He can link up to 5 people to have a telepathic conversation, though they have to consent to it, they have to be within thirty feet of him.
•Telekinesis: Able to move things with his mind, his limit being 2000 pounds. Through this he can turn most things into projectile weapons. (object has to be within 30 feet, be able to look at it, object can be thrown at about 20 miles an hour)

Xerosians: As a Xerosian he has several abilities common to them.

Astral Plane Exclusive: Abilities they have only in their home reality.
•Immortality: Their natural forms are immortal and stop aging in their twenties.

Other Realms Exclusive: Abilities they have while visiting other realms.
•Returning Home: As a Xerosian hes able to travel to and from the Astral Plane. When he returns home, his species matching body will enter a hibernation like state just like his original body, if absent long term it'll require medical attention to keep it alive. As his current species match body is human, it is not designed for hibernation, and so it is essentially in a deep sleep, so long term leaving it will cause health issues in it.
•Species Matching: When an Astral Walker enters another realm they instantly form a body to use, this body will always be of the dominant species of the world there visiting. This is not their natural body transformed, it's a new body that their souls transfers to. Their original body enters a sort of hibernation, and needs to be tended to if they wish to stay in the foreign world long term.
•Human Body: As he's currently on Earth, he has a human body. It's human and so can get sick and die of old age. Once it expires he'll instantly return to his own realm and his natural body, though if he wishes he can permanently bond with this form, meaning he'll die with it. Even though the body is technically human, it has no scent.
-Limitation: It takes about a week for his soul to return to his home realm and natural body.
-Weakness: Anti-spirit Magic, because of the fact that his soul does not inherently belong in a human body, he'll be affected by magics meant to harm or dispel spirits. They cause him great pain and can temporarily force his soul out of the body. This separation from his body could last up to twenty four hours, leaving his body in a deep sleep. During this time his soul will be trapped in a sort of limbo in between Earth and the Astral Plane. Leaving his body vulnerable to any number of things if it isn't taken care of, and his soul will be vulnerable to spirits and other bodyless entities.

Non Exclusive:
•Minor Shapeshifting: Xerosians can shift the aesthetic aspects of their appearance at will, this includes eye/hair color, as well as hair length and skin tone. However they cannot increase or decrease mass or shift their body structure.
-Weakness: His true appearance will always appear in reflections and photographs, and people who have met him once will be able to tell it's him, this is caused by a mental sense of familiarity he leaves with people.

•Headmasters rarely have children or family. There focus is solely on the leadership of the Xerosian people, no place for a personal life.
•That said, they still had lovers at times, they were usually temporary, never went anywhere, purely physical relationships, small pleasurable distractions.
•However in one these cases one of the Headmasters' evening with lover lead to a pregnancy. Now this Headmaster saw this as more of a distraction than anything else.
•So the woman was shuffled away, so as to not distract or embarrass the Headmaster. She gave birth in her home community, but unfortunately she didn't survive it.
•The child was a boy named Ashelios. He grew up a troubled child, though it was unknown which Headmaster fathered him, it wasn't a secret that it was a Headmaster. Because of this he grew up bullied and was often in trouble, getting into fights and breaking rules.
•In truth, the young orphan grew up feeling unwanted, alone, he didn't go out ofhis way to break rules, though he did grow up with a very loose perception of them. This was brought on by the fact that his absentee father was a maker of said rules, leading to some resentment toward authority figures.
•Despite all this, he grew up intelligent, amazingly so, he excelled in his lessons and took a particular interest in the exploration of other worlds and realms. He had a desire to explore, to leave the Astral Plane and see what the other realms had to offer.
•There was world that interested him the most, Earth, this was ironic as most Xerosians considered Earth to be dull and boring with Manta Carlos being the sole point of interest.
•Ash read what information they had in the island and was surprised how little info they had. Intrigued, he requested that he be enrolledin it, stating that Earth would be the world he'd study.
•The Teachers of his community were surprised and skeptical of the prospect, they did see the island's potential as it was an interdimensional crossroad. The Teachers debated among themselves on weather or not to allow it. Ash was intelligent, but his rebellious actions had made problems in the past.
•In the end, it was decided to allow him to go, it was rumored one of the Headmasters requested he be granted permission. So, it was decided he'd be sent to to the island, but he wouldn't have support of the Teachers. So, a portal was open and he was dropped into the middle of the island. With only just the info he had, he began his adventure.

Astral Plane: The Astral Plane is a realm that connects the minds of everyone in the normall realms. It's a constantly shifting world, populated by numerous beings, many are dangerous. The beings range from bestial animal like creatures to the Xerosians. It's theorized the shifting nature of the world is because of its connection to the minds of other worlds. It's infinite and has no day/night cycle, it's lighting is always low, like that of afternoon.

Xerosians: They are arguably the dominant species of the realm, there humanoid but can vary greatly from community to community. Astral Walkers' abilities vary greatly, though they often deal with the mind or knowledge gathering.

Communities: The settlements of the Xerosians, they act as safe zones in the large chaotic Astral Plane. Each is completely unique, some are large cities with skyscrapers, others are made up of floating islands, with each having its own cultutes, with the structure of leadership and the gathering of knowledge being the only real similarity between them all. Travel between communities is done via airships or if one has enough money, teleportation.

Wild Plane: The land between the communities is very dangerous, land based travel is rare and largely viewed as pointless because of the wild plane's constantly shifting nature, it's connected to the minds and dreams of the people of other worlds, it's believed this is why its constantly shifting. Occasionally one might find rand portals to enter a person's dream or mind though this is rare.

Creatures: The hostile creatures of the Wild Plane vary greatly in size and shape. The exact source of the creatures is unknown, but many theorize that there connected to the nightmares people of other worlds have.

Headmasters: The overall leaders of the Xerosians, they are incredibly ancient and overall decide what kind of information the Xerosians deem worth gatheting. There formed into a council, with each council member ruling a community, a section of Astral Plane that's controlled by Xerosians.

Teachers: The local leaders, mayors, overseers, the term slightly varies from community to community. The act as the voice of the Headmasters and are often the more present face of leadership than the Headmasters. They are allowed to form councils of their own as long as said council follows the wishes of the Headmasters.

Enforcement: Law enforcement somewhat varies from community to community, but they overall serve a similar function to that of the police in the human world. They enforce laws, arrest trouble makers, etc. the heads of the enforcers are usually chosen by the local Teacher but some communities have been allowed to hold elections by the Teacher (this is a somewhat looked down upon by the Headmasters but usually allowed)

Visiting Other Worlds: Xerosians are allowed to visit others worlds and realms as its viewed as a viable method of gaining knowledge and the study of other worlds is somewhat popular. When visiting these worlds the Xerosians will take the form of the world's dominant sentient soecies, and will usually never reveal what they truly are, even if magic is common in that worl, as revealing what they are could disturb their study.
