As True Light Shines...

He seemed so much calmer and more intelligent, now. He really was a completely different person.

"This creature is a lesser demon not native to the Material Plane. It tends to go after those who have just gotten out of a large battle and have weakened minds because of it. It feasts on those minds."

The creature seemed to notice the transformation Paul had gone through, it seemed to be slightly afraid of him now, if it could be afraid. It changed the targets of its attacks to Fallon, both of its massive claw-like hands stretched out towards her, trying grab her so it could feed on her mind. Corona took this opportunity to attack. He jumped several feet into the air, aiming towards the "shoulder" of the creature.

"The fist to slay 1000 demons.." He chanted "Fist of Heaven!" His right arm began to glow brightly, as it collided with the "shoulder" of the creature. The creature's right arm seemed to lose all feeling, and fell to the ground. The left arm, however, still continued towards Fallon.

Both of the creature's arms seemed to suddenly dissipate into nothingness. It was then that both Corona and Fallon would find themselves unable to move. Fallon would suddenly realize that the creature had - apparently - sprouted two more arms from its body. She and Corona were trapped in its massive claw-like hands. Corona had anticipated this little trick it had, while he didn't fully understand it he reasoned it used some sort of mind trick to hide its other arms. He simply was not fast enough to avoid it, however. Especially with Paul's body in the weak condition it was in. The demon's hands began to squeeze tighter as it hissed loudly, both Fallon and Corona would begin to feel light-headed.
