Laetus nodded, thinking back to the books he's read. After a moment, he directed her attention in another direction.
"There are endless amounts of this type up here, demons and heros, gods... But this one is one of my favorites. That one there is the black dragon, Kalameet of the void." Hes indicating a black void between stars that vaguely resembles a dragon outline.
"Legend has it this beast terrorized the surface and sky's alike. The beast even ate stars out of the sky... However, when he set his eyes on the sun, the moon goddess would step in, and seal him away in the dark void his hunger had created."

"How do you know all this stuff?' Maddie asked after staring at the void for a time. "You're super smart!"
She cocked her head to the right, scrutinizing the stars. There were so many and on a night this clear, they felt close enough to touch.
Suddenly, Maddie yawned and rubbed at her eyes. Her drowsiness brought about a series of weird thoughts. She had a feeling she would be dreaming about dragons tonight.

Laetus smiled at her. "Well, I've stolen a lot of books... But I've bored you long enough for one night." He says teasing her yawn. He opened up a portal in front of them.
"There will be plenty of time for stories tomorrow." He floated through the portal, coming out in front of the dorms.

Maddie wanted to inquire about these stolen books but decided it was best to wait until later.
"Has anyone ever told you, you're super warm and cuddly?" she may have blushed, but she didn't realize in her tired state how weird that could have come out.

Laetus nodded and floated up to the window. "Alright, open it up for me. My hands are full." He told her teasingly. He really hoped she had the right room. Hes floated into the wrong room before... people don't like when someone visits though the window... at midnight... wearing a mask..

Maddie was glad the window was unlocked. She peeked in. Sure enough, it was her room. Wewt!
She struggled through, trying to be as quiet as she could as not to wake her roommate. She turned back to Laetus and leaned out the window to give his cheek a big kiss.
"Thank you for showing me around and being so nice to me and trying to draw me. Maybe we could try that again sometime. The drawing thing. I mean, the showing thing is fine too. Just, yeah."

For the first time tonight, Laetus was the one left looking like a cherry. She had really caught him off guard. Quick to shake things off, however, he was back to smiling at her, though the color still touched his cheeks.
"Ofcorse. Grand tour part two, and maybe we can find a good setting for the portrait while we're at it."
