Rewriting Arjean's weather manipulation to be less repetitive and more concise. Also took out the part about their wings... which they no longer have. Replaced it with the 10-foot bubble, since their wings were pretty gigantic.
Weather Manipulation - Arjean can combine the use of cloud, water, and air manipulation to manipulate the weather inside of their "personal bubbles." If they spread out their limbs (wings included) as wide as possible, that would be considered their bubble. Moving outside of that range will quickly tire them out and shut down their powers for several hours. They are only capable of controlling cold weather or making the weather colder. They lack true control over their powers most of the time, with them being more emotion-based. This often happens when they are in warm areas where their body feels like it's in danger.
- Cloud Control - Arjean can control clouds, but with their limited bubble, they have to create clouds to control them. Whenever they make a cloud, it appears directly over their head and can be as big as their bubble will allow it.
- Water Control - Arjean can create and control water, but it is easier to produce water from their clouds. When paired with their air power they can potentially make snow, but often it just makes their rain colder than before.
- Air Control - Arjean can create and control air. They can manipulate air to make it colder, but they cannot make it hotter. Their air manipulation is fully visible to them but invisible to everyone else who lacks a keen eye. Those who cannot see can predict how they use their ability by watching their body movements and eyes.
- Materialization - Arjean can turn clouds, water, and air into objects and force them to become solid, with some forms being easier than others. Lack of focus leads to their creations falling apart and disappearing at the slightest touch. Arjean can only create stable constructs based on simple structures, like a notebook or scissors.
