Zora had never been to this part of the island. It was actually fascinating in ways. It reminded her of certain neighbourhoods in larger cities where one might find things that you couldn't buy normally. It a bit shady, certainly exciting - at least for someone like her who grew up in very privileged areas.

After about fifteen minutes, they, Zora and her bodyguard, Broen, finally came to the place she had been looking for - Damascus Arms Inc. The arms shop didn't seem like anything too special or exciting from the outside. It looked like what might be considered a typical gun shop in a low rent district.

Pushing the shop door open, Zora was immediately surprised. The shop inside was bigger - a lot bigger - than it appeared to be from outside. It was also way nicer. Glancing around her curiously, she saw various displays with weapons, what looked like charms and vials or potions. It was certainly not quite what she expected a shop that sold weapons to be. Oddly enough it was a little classier than she had thought it would be.

It had been a pretty normal day for Donny, who was just tending to his shop. He'd just finished up with his most recent commission in the back room when he heard the familiar dinging of someone entering the shop. Of course it was on a day when he was the only one tending to the store. This was fine.

He rolled his sleeves down and drew his hood up, and exited his back room. He raised an eyebrow upon seeing a rather well dressed woman browsing his wares. This wasn't the first time someone like this had shown up at his shop, but whenever they did it was usually because they were in trouble. He leaned against one of the display cases giving his signature grin.

"So, how can I help you today?"

Zora was looking with keen interest at some dagger-like objects and what she thought to be hunting knives of some sort when she heard a male's voice from somewhere behind her. Turning around on her heel, she smiled when she saw the shop attendant.

"Hello there..."Zoraida said as she walked over to where he was leaning, "I was looking for a weapon of some sort that I could keep either on my person or close by... something a person could use, let's say... if they were suddenly in a slightly ... unsavoury situation?" she told him, hoping that he might be able to provide her with a few suggestions.

"Well there's not much else you could be looking for coming here. Define unsavory: Muggers, crazy exes, stalkers, 12 world class assassins," he looked Zora up and down. She probably wasn't much of a fighter. She didn't really act like one either, just very new and probably scared. But a can of pepper spray probably wouldn't help her.

He maintained his smirk, scanning around his shop, waiting for an answer.

Zora actually frowned a little at his question about the type of unsavoury characters she was referring to. She didn't want to sound dramatic, or hysterical - the whole, "My life's in danger thing" just sounded like she was a rich spoilt woman who was exaggerating things or being overdramatic.

"I guess you could say I have dangerous stalkers?" Zora said uneasily, opting for the one that was closest to her situation. She was being targetted and probably even followed by the Black Wings - that was stalking, no?

"Alright, stalkers. Excellent," he made a point of glancing out at the street. He knew it would be a ballsy play to roll up on him on his own turf to take this woman out. Still, there were some people that were stupid enough to try. And from the look on his face, he was practically daring anyone who might have followed them to try.

"Well, we can talk in the back if that would make you more comfortable. I could still use some more details so I don't sell you well the wrong weapon," he offered gesturing to the door to the back.

"Thank you. That would be greatly appreciated," Zora replied gratefully to, who she suspected was the owner of the arm's shop, when he offered her to step in the back and talk in more detail about what she needed.

Also, the fact that he seemed to take her claim seriously and not see her simply as paranoid, made her feel somewhat better. Walking into the back room, Zora immediately saw that it contained more weapons and what looked to be a forge.

"Right this way then," he said, leading her to the back room of his shop. Its most defining feature being that even compared to the sales floor, the back room was even larger. There were projects in various stages of completion, and some machinery that seemed to be working on its own. He led her to a relatively empty work bench and pulled a couple stools for them to sit on.

"So you're looking for something practical, small, and potentially lethal if it comes down to it?"

Zora nodded grimly at his very good guess, "Yes, and possibly something that can break through magic as well. I don't know if that can be done or not. If it can, then money is not an object. " she said very seriously.

"Can it be done? Eh, easy," too easy in fact. He got up and opened a cabinet door, returning a few moments later with a single ammo clip which he set on the work bench. "These bullets are enchanted and will ignore any type of magical barrier raised against them."

He stood up again, returning with what appeared to be a handful of gem stones and set them down on the table for Zora to see. "These can be fashioned into wearable protection charms of various functions. Some one time use, others, are built to last," he gestured to his jackets.

"I would personally recommend the bullets, and a gun. Protection charms as well, just in case. Wear em like any other piece of jewelry. I can make em pretty damn quick too. Unless you want something more like this," he gestured to his jackets again.
